Great grocery store super clean and bright inside with wide aisle. I like the sit down area they have for coffee and food as well. Parking is easy to find as well and location is convenient

Poor customer service. There’s an overweight lady at the cashier, and we actively avoid her and the customer service area because of her attitude. We’ve decided not to go there anymore it’s not busy at all, and they’re losing the few customers they have. We bought fruit and triple-washed salad from this branch, and there was mold inside. When we informed her, she didn’t even apologize for the poor-quality product, and as a so-called ‘manager,’ she didn’t take any action to remove the rest.
She asked, 'Did you call us?' Why don’t you listen to what I’m saying now, instead of focusing on a phone call? I’m not here to be your private investigator, trying moldy, expired items in the store and wasting time calling to report it. Do your inspections, and if something is moldy, remove it from the shelf entirely. Another time, we bought a package of tomatoes with five inside, one was moldy, and it spread to the others, ruining them all. Another time apple and so on. Who would eat that when it’s contaminated?
That branch seriously needs supervision from someone who cares about the brand, they’re ruining it

This location is one of my favourites. It’s located in a wonderful area and has indoor parking. I also recommend their iced lattes as you browse around (makes the grocery trip much more enjoyable).

A one stop shop for organic products. Amazing hot salade bar and coffee. Salade bar is a bit on the expensive side. Non vegetarian options are likely not halal.

This store is for organic base for foods..it is very nice store ..the price for nuts ,and nuts butter or smooth, for all foods spices and honeys were good .just vegetables are pricy and some nuts like walnuts, a few times I but were moldy .better before buy try nuts . But honestly them scale is much better than other stores ..sometimes I ask myself ,maybe other store scales are scams.

Sooo I just had the best π ever and this review will serve as my love letter. Yep, peach with marionberry & I effing cherished it! They only had a half size available and it was close to its “Best before” date. Since I love peaches ? and was curious what a Marionberry even was, I asked a Whole Foods employee if they had any in the back. She came out and handed me the full boxed variant, still hot from just getting baked. Omg guys! I just finished my third large piece and the other people who accompanied me had seconds. You can tell the fruit used was well picked, fresh and perfectly ripe. The crust was ideal and just a bit sweet. The way the peach and berries complimented each other was just marvellous. The Whole Foods employee that was in charge of seasonal pie choices should get a raise, same as whomever baked it. Oh and just fyi, marionberry is a type of blackberry. A big THANK YOU to Whole Foods for an insanely good π! ?

Staff seem nice. The flower section was really sad lookingz great colour assortment, but 90% were old and dying, and some were even slimy, not a lot of care for that section. We went specifically for flowers because I love buying flowers at the Avenue location, great price and selection, and they last a while, these probably not so much, same great price though! I think overall, this location seems cared for enough. There's free parking in their building.
