A cozy neighbourhood spot with a twist on familiar flavours. The cesar salad and east coast/west coast (scallop and cured salmon) appetizers were solid. Classics done right. I particularly enjoyed the bison tenderloin which was soft and tender. But honestly, I would get that dish again just to have the savoury mushroom pudding that came with it. It was AMAZING. The only thing I would skip on the next time is the fish and chips, it was just okay. The fish didn't taste like much unfortunately.

Local seasonal menu. Had the duck sausage pappardelle. Incredible. Decor is great and the host / servers are very warm and accommodating. Will be going at least once a quarter in order to try new dishes.

Amazing restaurant and food!! Was debating whether or not I should write a review so I could keep this spot a secret, but this restaurant deserves as much business as possible!
As others have said, the bison is a particular standout but really can’t go wrong with any of the dishes. Be sure to ask for desserts!

Wild Chicory is my and my wife's favourite restaurant, and in my humble opinion, it's the best restaurant in Midtown. The food is delicious and they are SO consistent - we're here probably 3 times a year and we've never been disappointed with a single thing on any of our visits.
We love that the menu rotates seasonally so that we can try different versions of our favoirites. I've never had better lamb than here, and to get to try bison is a rare treat.
And I'd be remiss if I didn't mention their cocktails. For as complex, creative and tasty as they are, they're reasonably priced. You'll find lesser cocktails at other establishments at a higher price point.
Davisville is very lucky to have this wonderful restaurant in the neighbourhood. If you haven't been, it's an absolute must visit.

I first went to this lovely restaurant in 2020 when we could only sit outside and have been a fan every since. Tonight, a good friend wanted to take me out to celebrate my birthday. The service and the ambiance were delighful as always. We ordered cod and halibut, and sadly both were overcooked and dry. I was sad but I believe that feedback is important. I will be back though

Loved every bite and every moment spent here. The food is finger licking good and the staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend this place if you are in the neighbourhood and looking for a warm evening to spend with loved ones.

Great neighborhood restaurant with nice atmosphere and service. Menu iincludes the well executed standards and a couple of seasonal specials (in our case). We had the non-alcoholic negroni, omg, amazing. We will be back.

My husband and I sat at the bar and had a wonderful experience. The owner Tony and our server Cora were very warm and helpful throughout the evening. We had delicious cocktails and food. We can’t wait to come back and try more dishes on the menu! We got the sourdough, bison tartare, beef cheek, bison tenderloin, duck, pistachio cheesecake, and crème brûlée trio. The dishes are well created and presented beautifully.

We had our dinner at Wild Chicory tonight. Everything was fantastic. The restaurant was cozy. The food was delicious. My favorite dish was duck. The owner came to my table and gave us his recommendations. Our server was lovely, welcoming and attentive. Our family had a great time. We will be back.
