Soso… The wings were okay with reasonable size and cooked properly — but the fries were quite strange: they looked golden and crispy, but many of them were hollow inside. I originally thought the ketchup was Heinz, but the color and flavor were obviously different, so it seemed like a cheaper ketchup have been refilled into the Heinz bottle. The waitress was friendly, but I still had to wait several minutes just to get the menu. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend coming here on a weekday without a special offer, or you might get frustrating experience.

We waited 15 minutes just to get a menu, another 15 minutes to place a drink order, and nearly 40 minutes total before receiving only our drinks. The restaurant was not busy..
When our food finally came out, there was a hair in it. We didn’t eat it and were offered no compensation and no apology. If food is inedible, you shouldn’t have to pay for it.
Slow service, poor standards, and zero accountability.

A little sign just inside the entrance says take a seat and someone will come serve you. I first walked through the restaurant, past a few staff, to use the bathroom. On my way out of the bathroom, I again walked past those staff members. I took a seat, surrounded by empty tables (not the bar side but the side by the windows - there were people two tables over from me). I waited about ten minutes and no one came to serve me. I left.

We came in to eat. Was very loud. Couldn’t hear each other speak. Got our food. Wings were good but myself and my wife’s wraps only had chicken on the one side of the wrap. The other only had lettuce and mayo. One of my bites tasted disgusting, I spit it out. I looked at the lettuce and it was far past edible. They made me pay full price for food that we didn’t finish because it was not edible.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.
