I had a terrible experience at Wild Wings today around 6:30. I ordered 1b of wings and sweet potato fries, and what I received was honestly unacceptable — the fries were stale, soggy, and undercooked couldn’t even smush them if I wanted to. When I went back to politely ask for a refund, the staff showed no concern at all. Instead of addressing the issue, the employee just pushed a new box of fries toward me and said, “It comes with your meal, we can’t do anything about that.” There was zero customer service, no apology, and no effort to make things right. It felt dismissive and unprofessional I left feeling frustrated and very disrespected. I ended up just giving the food i ordered to a homeless man outside their store, I’ve come here many times before and the food was okay-good, had slight issues but no problems this time though the costumer service here if an issue comes to light.. horrible, had an experience like this before and will not be coming back For a place that charges premium prices ($25-40), the quality and service were both shockingly poor. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this location — save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers.

I ordered the single combo that features wings and fries. Upon receiving my order my fires were not included and instead I was given 3 little carrots as a substitute.
I made sure to leave a comment on my order to ensure I received the fries but this was ignored and no refund offered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND never eating here, plus the wings aren’t even that good to begin with.
Response: why would I pay more money for an item when I wanted what is suppose to come with the meal? I didn’t want a poutine or fries with gravy. I wanted fries, what is suppose to come to the meal.
I’m glad you have kinda fixed the issue on the app to now include fries as a substitute (even though this is what’s part of the order according to your own description) an option which was not there when I placed my order.

Very disappointed, Went in to watch the game ordered 2 lbs of wings and beer. Wings were undercooked and tasted stale, fries were freezer burnt.. let alone i seen a cockroach crawl from the door kitchen area to the bar.... Poor server was by herself it seems like management is too cheap to have two servers working at once. I'm honestly surprised that this place is still standing... Disgusting food & uncleanly atmosphere. NEVER AGAIN.

I'm giving 3 stars just because the staff was nice and everything looks clean. Otherwise, I don't recommend it at all. I bought chicken tenders and my coworkers wings, and they were dry, flavorless. Instead of cooking your food at the moment, they just warm it up in oil, and that's it.

Food is great however service wasn't. Our order was taken and brought to our table but the lady didn't return to see how we were doing or if we needed anything else. She only returned to out table when we called her over to pay the bill. I wouldn't recommend this place due to service.

We visited for Real vs Barcelona game on a Saturday afternoon. You probably cant comprehend but this really happened: - the poor server was all alone in getting the orders communicating with the kitchen (and there was not a computer or a system available she had to literally walk to the kitchen, report the order and come back), making drinks, delivering the orders, cleaning the shop, and all! She did well considering there were 4 more tables occupied and I am giving low stars for the poor management really.
2- food was disappointing. Burgers were cheap frozen ones probably from the metro supermarket next door.
3- our drink was cute and tasty.
4- the server took 3 orders in our table, even though 5 of us were ready to order food she said she will take drink order first. Some of us did not want a drink so they went on and ordered the food. Then she went to serve other people, make our cocktails, clean the table that was just emptied. The she came back and brought the 3 burgers, and our drinks. We told her if we can order and she got the rest of the food orders! This was really ridiculous. Our friends who received their meals earlier waited another half an hour for the rest of the foods to arrive… imagine that frozen horrible burger? That got cold too.
5- the entrance door looks like “never cleaned ever”….
Seriously It was a horrible experience. I felt bad for us, but I felt worse for the server…
