I'm giving 3 stars just because the staff was nice and everything looks clean. Otherwise, I don't recommend it at all. I bought chicken tenders and my coworkers wings, and they were dry, flavorless. Instead of cooking your food at the moment, they just warm it up in oil, and that's it.

Food is great however service wasn't. Our order was taken and brought to our table but the lady didn't return to see how we were doing or if we needed anything else. She only returned to out table when we called her over to pay the bill. I wouldn't recommend this place due to service.

We visited for Real vs Barcelona game on a Saturday afternoon. You probably cant comprehend but this really happened: - the poor server was all alone in getting the orders communicating with the kitchen (and there was not a computer or a system available she had to literally walk to the kitchen, report the order and come back), making drinks, delivering the orders, cleaning the shop, and all! She did well considering there were 4 more tables occupied and I am giving low stars for the poor management really.
2- food was disappointing. Burgers were cheap frozen ones probably from the metro supermarket next door.
3- our drink was cute and tasty.
4- the server took 3 orders in our table, even though 5 of us were ready to order food she said she will take drink order first. Some of us did not want a drink so they went on and ordered the food. Then she went to serve other people, make our cocktails, clean the table that was just emptied. The she came back and brought the 3 burgers, and our drinks. We told her if we can order and she got the rest of the food orders! This was really ridiculous. Our friends who received their meals earlier waited another half an hour for the rest of the foods to arrive… imagine that frozen horrible burger? That got cold too.
5- the entrance door looks like “never cleaned ever”….
Seriously It was a horrible experience. I felt bad for us, but I felt worse for the server…

There’s no way I paid $70 for 3lbs of wings and fries just for there to be 3 drumsticks in the whole thing and about 10ml of sauce. Wings and gar par fries are supposed to be covered in sauce not have 3 lines sprinkled across them. This was the worst wild wing experience I’ve ever had and I’m sure head office would not appreciate the representation of their brand.

No bathroom service. One cook and one server. Bathrooms all infested with flies and feces. Waiting for managers response. Server was as good as she could be being bartender and server. Go and look yourself try get bathroom without flies was not the money keep it.. just lying on my name. If i am lying arrange a meeting. I sent message by text message but i will not stop for now i know why 10 People were there on a friday night. It was 139.00 not worth your lies.
Server was amazing but when I went to use the bathroom I almost threw up!!! My mother couldn't even finish her food!
This place does NOT get cleaned 3 times a week (as they will tell you when you try to reach out to the management)
I will be taking this further because the fact my mother tried to reach out and got told there is a cleaning crew every 2 to 3 days is baffling to me!

What earlier review was disputed? I never made a review until now. Also Wishing you took a video/photo before we used it? Did I have access to that restroom for days before this complaint? Because that is months worth of debris. It looks worse then the last few reviews. Videos do not lie. If you think that floor, toilet and wall stains leakage and black mold isnt dirty then i don't even want to know what u consider 'dirty'. I said the server was amazing. I said food was good. but the restroom was disturbing. If you want to reply in a condescending tone and claim those pictures are a clean atmosphere instead of saying you will have it cleaned then you clearly don't consider your customers point of view nor customer service. I work in the food industry and haven't seen this ever. Further more I did not ask for 50% off of anything. I left and held my pee because I was disgusted. your LOVELY, CLEAN AND POLITE server APOLIGIZED when I took her into the bathroom and saw it for herself. She has nothing to do with the CLEANLINESS of your establishment she was working to serve her customers. We even tipped her (also proof of that, so their was no ill will towards your staff) Everything was recorded on my phone. if you would like to be dismissive and try to throw the blame on PAYING customers that spoke the truth that's fine but I guess I will have to speak to someone above management and send in all the footage and conversations that I have to CONFIRM I am telling the truth and I am not targeting wild wings (seeing as I go to mccowan and finch also on Kinston road by st.clair wild wings often and have NEVER left a negative review about cleanliness). Calamari 14.99+ tax and you get 5 pieces. Jalapeño popper 11.99+ tax u get 5 poppers And 1 corona = 38.96 ....... not worth a penny, that I paid. And I don't know if u noticed the waitress in the corner of the picture, but that's's where she stayed with her phone glued in her hand the whole time.

I would like to advise the owner to do a deep clean inside and outside the establish. As far as staff members go and servers they seem nice but a waste of a location , handles sticky , floor with garbage , nobody ever heard of windex for windows i guess , looks like the windows of a back of minvivan full of toddlers with oily and greasy fingertips. Paint peeling outside and spit and gum at entrance. and should have higher standards, and hope that along with some Reno’s and some cleaning so the outside does not look like ran though adult entertainment place. Should be a highlight of the neighbourhood. Wish it best of luck in near future.

Take out wings were frozen cold within 10 minutes of coming out of the kitchen. I don't mean they cooled down which is normal, I mean they were cold as if they just came out of the fridge which is prpbably true.
In all fairness, I come to this place a lot and this is my first experience like this.
