Room was outdated, basic and was not clean. Cigarette burn on the bed, dust on the blinds and desk. Blinds were not sufficient for keeping light out making sleep challenging as well as the loud exhaust fan right outside the window. Lock was not correctly installed and could not engage.

Booked this hotel for work travel.

Overall, the hotel was in a good downtown location, and was safe and clean. My room was very spacious, which came with a kitchenette, and even washer and dryer which were a bit dated but seemed functional (I didn't use them). Even though I didn't cook, the kitchenette was definitely nice to have as the utensils are right there if I ordered takeout and the restaurant missed a fork. Housekeeping was great and no frill - appreciated that they replenished water bottles every day and kept everything clean and organized.

Front desk staff were very efficient and helpful as well.

Overall, not a luxury hotel to any extent but they provided everything I needed for my business travel.

Nice rooms, nice staff, would recommend.

The hotel is more like an apartment, not your typical hotel which gives it some character. Check-in and valet was organized. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable however, the pillows were horrible. The room was clean. We stayed on the 10th floor and could easily hear horns, sirens and all other city noise which was annoying. Valet parking cost $45 and if you want a late checkout, they charge $75 which is ridiculous. Probably would look to stay elsewhere in the future as the $300 pricetag for one night doesn't offer much value.

Rooms are much smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Pans not available, not enough cutlery, no dishwasher powder for machine, not enough glasses for all the people we reserved for. Not enough towels and not enough pillows. Yes, you can ask everything in the reception but should this not be already there in the first place when you make a booking? Only thing good is luggage storage. Receptionists talk among themselves in their local language, which is not appropriate/rude in front of customers. This is not an hotel. These are serviced apartments with a bad service.

Excellent location. Well equipped apartment with kitchenette. Wonderful views of the CN tower. Staff really accommodating. Didn't try bar, restaurant or spa. Nice Irish bar with live music on same street. Easy access, 10 min from Union Station. Would absolutely recommend.

Exceptional Service at Executive Cosmopolitan Hotel – Thanks to Arshiya!

I had a wonderful experience at the Executive Cosmopolitan Hotel in Toronto, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Arshiya at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly humble, helpful, and welcoming. Her warm and professional approach made us feel right at home.

She went above and beyond to ensure our family stay was comfortable, answering all our questions with patience and a smile. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and Arshiya truly made a difference in our experience.

Highly recommend this hotel, and a big thank you to Arshiya for her exceptional service.

Rooms were nice, prices reasonable, gym facility was adequate, and service was good. However...
Be warned about the noise on weekday mornings. My south-facing room on the 8th floor experienced thunderous noise from heavy machinery...at FIVE A.M.! The utility and construction noise was brutal for the rest of the morning.

Great room, great service. We booked a corner room with a kitchenette and balcony. The room had a slight odour of marijuana but cant blame the hotel for their guests. Overall had a great experience

Great location but the room is dirty. Hair in the shower, and on the cheap floors. There is no bar anymore. The room is like a cool little apartment but it’s dirty. Not worth the money.

Archival, the receptionists were outstanding. FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS.

I will definitely come back here.

The hotel is nice and beautiful design. My queen bed is very comfortable with nice pillows and views. I slept well that night. It's like a studio apartment. Hot water and shower is good and I able to wash my hair nicely. Amenities are great too. Location is strategic in downtown, most things are within walking distance.

The staff is amazing. It’s just a shame when the hotel tried to make the rooms look better than they are with, photos of the rooms being the absolute best of what it is, when in reality my balcony was not big enough to step on. Was covered in pigeon feces, windows were not cleaned and bathroom and room seemed a little under cleaned. The robes were nice and the 24/7 staff who was super friendly and helpful was a definite plus, however wasn’t expecting my room to be as underwhelming as well as the front lobby is litterally very ratchet and not nice and fancy like I thought
