Got the executive room on the top floor. Room is very big with a small kitchen and laundry room with both washer and dryer. I think there was like 2 fridges in there. Small bathroom tho but it's not important .The location is very convenient to walk to Meridian Hall. I think it was like 3mins walk.I had to park at some parking nearby cuz I can't figure out the valet but it's no problem. Staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable. Love the service and location. Nicest elevator I've seen.Just one tiny thing is that the room has weird rattling noice at night, probably from old building? Or the AC? I'm not sure. Just a bit unsettling.

I had the absolute pleasure to stay over for the Furnal Equinox Convention. I booked via the convention website and didn't see my error in the booking. Upon check-in the staff, they helped me to accommodate a change and made sure we had enough space for my guests and I. A small bed was added to further our accommodation. The staff is so helpful and courteous, it was an absolute pleasure to come back and chat with them. The room was incredibly clean, we had all we needed for our stay. The view of the CN tower is crazy. It is close to a lot of districts and it was just so convenient for us. I cannot say enough how wonderful and helpful the staff is.Rooms: The room was great, the beds comfortable. It was super great.Safety: With the staff at the entrance door and the elevator with another level of security, we felt very secured.Walkability: In the financial district. You have a metro 4 minutes away. Everything is somewhat close by foot.

A lady works there is very rude who treats non-white people like a second class citizens and no one dare to say anything to her. is just because she is a white?

We had a terrible experience staying at this hotel we arrived at our check in and the room wasn’t ready not only that but also we couldn’t park at the hotel and had to park elsewhere also the customer service was as bad , usually water at the hotel is complementary and our room had no water i had to get water my self after calling room service four times to have water then send water and they forget that I even made a request also the bed was uncomfortable and kept moving out of place tv was also old and we couldn’t connect our phone because the tvs they use are like from 2010 I definitely won’t be staying here again

Stayed here for 12 days in February 2024. The property is very good, clean and a calm place in the middle of everything in Downtown Toronto. The service and friendly nature of almost everyone here is commendably excellent, Jackie who checked us in and through out the stay, Leo as well as Jackie during the checkout, Sabrina during the days and Getu who do the guest services. My daughter liked one of their blankets provided and Jackie was kind enough to sell one of the last piece on my request on a nominal priceSafety: Premises are very safeFood & drinks: All options available very close to the property

I liked my stay at this boutique hotel. Spacious rooms. Strict upon check in and check out times. Small lobby and no business centre to work in.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I understand the challenges of managing a busy environment. However, my recent experience at the executive left me deeply disappointed and disheartened. Despite paying a premium for the most expensive room and being a returning guest, the service I received was far from satisfactory.Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that my room was not ready despite the agreed-upon check-in time. This inconvenience was exacerbated by the non-functional TV in the room, adding to the disappointment of our stay. Seeking an explanation for the delay, I approached the manager, Saudi, only to be met with a level of hostility and unprofessionalism that was unexpected and unacceptable.Despite voicing my frustration politely, I was taken aback by the defensive and dismissive attitude displayed by Saudi. It was evident that my concerns were not taken seriously, and instead of addressing the issue, I was made to feel unwelcome and insignificant. What struck me most was not just my own experience, but the realization that other guests had faced similar issues, as highlighted in previous reviews. It is disheartening to see a pattern of poor service persisting despite feedback from customers. As someone who understands the importance of delivering exceptional service in the hospitality industry, I expected more from your staff at the executive. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Saudi, and the overall unprofessionalism encountered during my stay has left a lasting impression, one that I am hesitant to repeat. It is my hope that management takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to ensure that future guests are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve and the employee/manager get re trained into this and handling situations with paying customers.A lot of other employees were helpful and nice but I can tell they are under a lot of stress so management/owners has to do a better job.

One of the best experience l've ever had. Staff are amazing, very courteous and helpful all the time. They go beyond the usual routine and guide you. Special thanks to:LouiseLeoMuhammadAlRahiToufiqueAll house keeping and backend staff too. Most of the tourists attractions are walking distance and easy to navigate.I would definitely love to come again and stay here ❤️Rooms: Family suites are amazing, especially with cooking facilities and on-demand utensils.Noteworthy details: TTC, Central Train and Bus Stations are walking distance. Most major attractions are within 10mins walk.Try it to believe it.Small suggestion - Keep a weighing scale for guests going for international travel for weighing their bags as per piece concept of 23kgs. This would be great help.Thank you so much for making it our memorable stay ❤️

I had a great stay at the Cosmopolitan. The location was amazing. It's a little hidden gem. The best part of my stay was the staff. Sabrina and Getu went out of their way to make my visit comfortable and provided many recommendations. I will be staying there againWalkability: Close to shopping and many activities

Our stay was clean and comfortable but a bit of a tight squeeze. If you’re one person or a couple and not spending much time at your hotel, it will be fine, but we have found larger rooms for less. Heard honking through the night. Otherwise no major complaints.Nearby activities: CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, Canadian Tire Centre, Scotiabank Arena, Royal AlexWalkability: Walkable to Union Station
