Wildfire Steakhouse North York

Had a fantastic dinner experience! Second visit here, they have a delicious steak menu, seafood, and daily chef special. I ordered the elk steak (done rare) and it was DELICIOUS, Wow one of the best steaks I've had!!

Beautifully decorated with an amazing atmosphere. The staff were one of the most attentive servers I have ever experienced.

Beef carpaccio was excellent but would have been nice to include a few slices of toast with it. Venison cooked perfectly and chef's preparation of blueberry based sauce paired perfectly with the natural game flavor. The candied squash included on the side was the best preparation of butternut squash I've ever had. Deserts of raspberry sorbet with whipped cream for the kids made their evening. Creme brulee was excellent as well. The server was a bit pushy to selections and upgrades to steak sizes but food came promptly.

What a spectacular meal! We chose from the fixed price menu and everything was delicious. The Caesar salad has a unique taste that wows. The steak and gnocchi were out of this world. The copa cocktail I chose had both strawberries and cracked pepper. Unique! Dessert- we chose the ones that are made in house- carrot cake and creme brí»lée. An excellent meal all round!

A very average alternative to other well known chain steakhouses

Had a large party here and was really impressed with the service. They had a bunch of servers come all at once with our food which isn't something I have experienced much of at restaurants. It was nice that everyone had their food at the same time and it was hot and all orders were correct. Staff was very friendly and the food was great. I think adding some more cocktails to their menu would have made this a better dining experience.

Food here was good but the service not so much. My husband booked dinner here for 4 for my birthday. Server was very inattentive, which is odd considering he moved in so close to your face when you spoke to him. Brought one person the completely wrong drink (he didn't listen to the order), didn't present the wine to the person who ordered it, nor did he pour a small amount into the glass to see if it was approved before he left. The wine ended up being terrible (we had ordered a bottle) - when he eventually came back, he switched it for a different wine for us. It took an exceptionally long time for mixed drinks to be made. The server would often start walking towards us and then veer off at the last minute to attend to another table. Overall, just a general lack of service. Constantly needed to ask him for more water for the table, to clear plates (which we had conveniently moved to the end of the table for him). We finally ordered dessert and my dessert came with no mention whatsoever that it was my birthday, after my husband had specifically mentioned it multiple times (meanwhile I saw several other tables celebrating birthdays and they had sparklers etc to acknowledge it in their dessert order). One of the steaks was overcooked and an order of lamb was undercooked. The escargot was less than exceptional - spongey is how it was described.

Great food and great service at Wildfire. We both enjoyed a steak (Fillet and Strip) cooked to our liking served with side vegetables and mash. Everything was delicious and the service was prompt, warm and welcoming. I would definitely return.

Amazing food! Amazing service! Came here for our Christmas work party and I loved it. This is also a nice place to go with your family, friends, or on a date with your loved one. I would go here again! Loved the food!

Went for a Winterlicious meal with 2 other couples, wonderful meal and evening! Greeted first thing and led to our table promptly. Escargot was delicious and perfectly cooked. Our table ordered steaks, ribs, seafood pasta..everyone loved their meal. My husbands sirloin was perfection. Variety of desserts and we were not rushed despite the busy Winterlicious time! Professional and friendly service.

It was good, not great - but slightly better than good. Staff seem attentive enough (although wait times were slightly long), decor and seating is comfortable (if not a slight throw-back) - the food was good, but hardly memorable. My wife and I both decided after dinner that the Keg has significantly more flavour and character in their food, for about 2/3s the price.
