Felt like wings for lunch, got in line, then when it was my time to order, I find out they don't have boneless wings. What kind of wing place doesn't have boneless wings or even Garlic Parmesan flavour? Very disappointing, will not return to this location ever again.

My mother, a dedicated healthcare worker at Princess Margaret, went to Wing Machine today to get a burger and fries. The wait time was excessively long. As she finally approached the cashier to pay, the Asian lady cashier spat into a cup in front of her while the machine was processing my mother’s card. This egregious act of poor hygiene is beyond unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about what might be happening in the kitchen where food is prepared. Such unsanitary behaviour not only reflects a lack of professionalism but also poses significant health risks. My mother was in a rush as her break was over so she threw it in the garbage and went to work hungry. Absolutely appalling and deeply concerning.

Great food and great service! The wings are obviously amazing, and they have so many options for sides. The owner is so kind and will treat you right!

Been visiting my mother in the hospital for the last week or more and pass by Wing Machine often and the food truly smells fantastic. Asked my wife to pick up some lunch for us from here and she came back with wraps instead. She told me she forgot her glasses and the person at the Wing Machine counter seemed like they were fed up with her trying to see the menu and told her he knew she wasn't going to order anything anyway. Wish this didn't happen and could in enjoy the food.

I have been going to this wing machine consistently since 2019. The owner truly cares for his customers and it shows. They provide extremely efficient service and he often throws in extras. There are so many repeat customers which speaks highly of their service and food. They’re retention rate is extremely high. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

Excellent food. The wings are delicious, beans, corn, rice are absolutely fantastic. I love the food here. The staff specially the owner is super nice to customers. I wish all other restaurants had this kind of service and so delicious foods. I will highly recommend this place and I will continue visiting this place and buy food for family/ friends.

AMAZING food and customer service!! I ordered the j*** pork which has a spicy kick to it, but it’s very tolerable. I also ordered corn and rice that was well cooked and flavoured from the pork sauce/gravy, and I received a wing on the house, which was a nice thing to receive. I paid around $13 for this HUGE portion and will definitely order again! ?
