I've given this place two opportunities, first time they just refuse to take my order saying they were not taking orders anymore, even though it was still early at night. Second time, the order was cold, really small and the taste was average at best.

Took over an hour to make my food. Staff kept saying it was going to be right out but never came. Staff became confrontational after the initial hour after I requested a refund for my food. Honestly 0 stars for everyone in the kitchen and behind the cash, even other customers were saying they were unacceptable after making me wait for so long

Wish I could give 0 stars for their service and efforts to help. Waited for my in person order for 1 hour, everyone else has gotten their order. We spoke up and asked kindly about our food but they made up continuous lies about “5 more minutes”, five minutes do not turn into a 1 hour wait after they lied and said the wait was “twenty minutes”. Staff were unresponsive, rude at the front, the back kitchen staff, I felt bad for them. The front of house two girl cashiers, terrible. I gave them time, but for them to not have any respect is beyond anyone.

Not worth the money. They threw the fries into the bag and messed up on the inside and I had to ask them to present the fries better. Garbage we're overflowing as well. Tables were not clean either.
