Dropped by cause I saw the Bánh Trán Trộn (Rice paper mixed) on the menu. The boss is a hard working guy all by himself and hook us up with a very authentic one. 10/10 recommend to try out and I look forward to his new location in North York!

Elvis was the one who prepared our drinks, and he did an incredible job!! He accommodated everything we asked for and gave us exactly what we wanted and we were extremely satisfied! Absolutely would come back, and would love to see Elvis again, he did a fantastic job and elevated our experience! 10/10 would recommend.
We also loved the variety in drinks and toppings. The packaging is really cute too!

This place is kind of a hidden gem 😳 They have a selection of pretty unique southeast asian flavours, like calamansi, lemongrass, and green thai milk tea that you don't normally see in bubble tea shops here! The drinks were executed really well, and even though one of them didn't have adjustable sugar, it was still suitably sweet.

Highly recommend XOXO TEA! I had Vietnamese coffee which is one of my favourite kinds of coffee and it was so good. A fuller portion would be nice as it was about half the cup :) The guys working there are so kind and friendly so I’ll definitely be coming back! Can’t wait to try more items.

The Vietnamese sandwich ( banh my) is really good compare with others store around, fully topping also fresh pickles , veggies. Especially the sauce and pate are creamy and unique. Should try 👍
