I started ordering drinks from here through the ubereats app and really enjoyed all the drinks i’ve tried. When i recently visited it, I didnt know how to feel. It looked quite unhygienic as the counter tops were quite messy and the toppings were open to air and looked old. It just didnt feel as clean as other bbt stores. Considering the price theyre charging, i thought their store would look more presentable.

I really enjoyed my Matcha Macchiato with Flan Cake. The flavor was good and not too sweet, and the flan was a nice texture. The space is small but there's seating along the wall and stools at the window.

Walked by and decided to go in to try. They have such a unique selection of Bubble Tea. Our server LIVE was terrific, polite and patiently helped us select our drinks. Absolutely favourite was Calamansi Dried Plum Tea. The Flan ? Desert was delicious. Love the Sakura Rose Lychee Lemon Tea. The Lemongrass Orange Peach Tea was really good. The XOXO Signature Tea was another favourite. We will definitely be coming back to try the other flavours. Highly recommend this bubble tea place.
