This place is delicious! Really nice spot for a cozy fancy dinner with nice ambiance. I came with my mom and dad and did the three course meal for $47. Everything was fantastic, loved the Caesar salad and my pasta was also great - I got this creamy sun dried tomato pesto pasta with chicken and peppers. My mom got the special pasta of the day which was this like ricotta gnocchi in rosé sauce and she LOVED it I would highly recommend this item if you get the chance to order it I also tried it and it was amazing. Last but not least for dessert I got the crème brûlée which did not disappoint. Would recommend for a date night or a nice celebration.

This is the first review I’ve ever written, I’ve never felt the need to before this. My family and I were looking to have a nice dinner at this restaurant, we arrived and were sat at a table in the restaurant, about 5 minutes after that two other parties were sat. We ordered an appetizer, our main dishes, and drinks all at once. The appetizer came and we ate it.
After the appetizer we waited 55 minutes, until we got our main course meals, 55… minutes…
As someone who works as a server at a restaurant, the service here is absolutely embarrassing. While waiting almost an hour for our food, our server didn’t feel the need to check on us, he didn’t let us know why our food was taking so long, he didn’t apologize, he didn’t ask if we wanted another round of drinks, he didn’t do anything. All the while, the two parties that were sat after us had ordered, finished their entire meals, and had their plates cleared all while we were left waiting.
Our server brought the food and again didn’t give us a reason as to why the food took so long, didn’t apologize or offer any sort of amendment. My brother got salmon, it was overcooked and the skin was burnt and they tried covering it up with a bunch of sesame seeds! There was no shot we were going to send anything back as we didn’t feel like waiting another hour for food, my brother tried to finish as much as he could but ended up leaving over half of his meal on the plate. The rest of the food we had was mediocre at best.
Again, as a server myself, when food takes too long, I apologize and explain why, I get my guests food discounted or offer them something on the house for the mistake. When I notice people not eating their food, I ask if everything is alright and if we can fix anything for them. I check in on my guests more than once every hour…
To the server, you were frankly terrible. To the kitchen, you should take more pride in and be more careful with the food you serve people that are spending their hard earned money. To the owner, I hope for once you maybe reflect on criticism from your guests and think about how you can improve your business instead of leaving one of your embarrassing replies.
Safe to say we won’t be dining here again, this “restaurant” is a joke. Do better.

I went here the other week with some friends from out of town and we were a little disappointed by the service. It was quite slow and our server was not very attentive when he was present.
I really enjoyed the spaghetti funghi and my boyfriend said the gnocchi was good, too.
Unfortunately, my friends were pretty unimpressed with their food, especially with the ceasar salad which was very basic and even I could see it was not worth 17 dollars.
The worst part was at the end of the night when they paid, the server was very passive aggressive and called them rude for not leaving a tip. He asked if everybody from Montreal was rude and didn’t tip (they have French accent). When they said they were from France, he reiterated and asked if everybody from France was rude, too.
I understand it is Canadian culture to tip but to passively aggressively call out paying customers for not tipping about 8 dollars is not a good look.
I guess so long as you tip you’ll have a fine experience here.

Had the veal. Unfortunately the food wasn't as good as it was at EVOO. Maybe it was an off night. Service is exceptional though.
Cozy and intimate spot for classic Italian cuisine. Service was phenomenal. Definitely recommend!
Been meaning to go to this super cozy restaurant for a while and finally we made it. Had a great experience and the food was amazing. It’s a tiny restaurant with very authentic vibes. Service was top notch. For sure coming back soon.
