so bad. rip off. hot chocolate with short size is $12 and big mash mellows which can't eat is $2. they give coupons only save $1. and the hot chocolate tastes just instant choco and mash mellows is too big can't bite. such a waste money.
Bad design.. bad drink…. and VERY EXPENSIVE
To quote my spouse: “oh my god what the hell did I just consume?”
Marshmallow so big u can’t reach the drink and even if u do, it’s so strong that you won’t be able to enjoy the drink (literally feels like u got slapped with a two ton brick of chocolate) and it’s ~$10 FOR ONE???????

So disappointed by the service and the hot chocolate. They serve alcohol in a mug you can’t bring outside, no signs to let us know until we got our drinks, all the tables were full so we were forced to stand at the counter making a big mess!!! The marshmallow was so huge I had to use coffee stirrers as chopsticks. Overall a very weird expensive experience. And did I mention there were no napkins available and the staff weren’t interested in providing them. Tourist trap to the max!!
Just get your hot chocolate outside.

We came here for the Christmas market. We stopped to have hot chocolate but was greatly disappointed. We couldn’t finish it due to the potency of the drink, it tasted like pure cocoa with no milk. We asked the people serving the drink if we could have another one but she said no. It was $8 pure drink. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Others also left their drink on the table almost filled.
Parking: Forget parking, take the train and walk. Save yourself the stress.
