Came here for dimsum at 3:30, was told the wait would be 30 minutes. Just to be told when getting seated upstairs they stop serving dimsum at 4pm. Im very unhappy about this. The hostess should've voiced out that they wouldn't be serving dimsum by the time we are seated. Not happy with this service at all.

Food is pretty good but atmosphere inside is so so stuffy and dark like a cave. Not enjoyable.
Host and wait times are also so disorganized.

Got there at 11:30 am was told it would be a short wait. The girl in charge of reservation & table seating needs some confidence training. Everything was a challenge for her. After 40 minutes waiting I checked in and still 30 minute wait for a table for two! ITMT Asian customers came and left as they wished.

We went there at 4:15 pm, which is not a busy time. It took them quite a while to give us a table. The food selections are very limited. The staffs are inexperienced, not much the level of the restaurant. Inside is dark, not feel pleasant.

Nice place for dining in Yorkdale. We were craving some dimsum and got some here. Overall delicious and enjoyable but nothing too outstanding for its price. There was a wait to be seated.
