This spot was a total hit! I wasn’t expecting it to be this good. I really liked the tomato cocktail they had as today’s special, it was very unique. The chicken skin was really tasty and the mackerel fish was done very well. There was also an uni udon today that I also thought was quite delicious. The price for everything was also very reasonable!

We visted last Saturday late night particularly after our work, finding a good karage spot, absolutely the best choice, i am a huge karage fan we orderd a portion of karage which came with beautiful holandise sauce it was a chef’s kiss followed by gyoza just wow, then udon noodles. I have never ate udon noodles before and it was just perfect lastly we orderd the wings it was just perfect. I also orderd a drink which was soooo gooooood!!!!

Cozy izakaya with a cool and relaxed vibe. Food and drinks were great and the service was warm and attentive (server aaliyah and the man with the beard took good care of us). Worth a visit if you’re in the area!

I honestly cannot speak more highly of the staff and this restaurant.
The drinks and food that I had were absolutely delicious. The staff really took care of us despite the group I was with being a bit rowdy if i'm being completely honest.
I can't wait to go back. I think if you really enjoy izakaya style food and atmosphere you'll really enjoy Yuugi.
