Fadi gave exceptional service, and everyone who has taken care of me here do so with heart! Come check it out for yourselves. They make everything in-house. Definitely an improvement on what was here before! Good, affordable food that’s served with love and generosity! The only improvement this place needs is better cutlery and better storage for their drinks and some carefully chosen music at the right background volume to improve their ambiance.

I went to the grand opening and had mixed feelings. First I loved the chicken shawarma deal which was so delicious! It was bursting with flavours and good size too. The service at counter was friendly too.
My complaint is that I was actually second person at the grand opening but I was pissed off (along with people behind me) because the first person ordered 20 free shawarmas! We didn’t think that was fair to us! The management should have put a cap on limits per person! So we frustratedly waited a long time.
But then to add to my anger they called number 3 to pick up their order and I was pissed again because I was number 2! They lost my order ticket so they had to ask for my receipt. At this point I was really hungry!
So despite enjoying their delicious shawarma I wasn’t happy with their service at the grand opening.
