Honestly I don’t get the hype that the reviews suggest. Firstly, they did not have any beef or lamb meat when I arrived which is strange because a lot of their menu contains those items. I thought I would give the chicken plate a try anyways because of the reviews. The portion size was small/average for the price I could probably find better value for money in the same plaza. The food’s quality was relatively good but not anything special. The chicken was nice, the rice was good, and so was the salad, but again, nothing spectacular. The lady serving me did everything as fast as possible and seemed like she wanted to get me out of the shop as soon as she could. Disappointing experience honestly considering all of these good reviews.

We ordered catering for a bday party of 40+ guests. Communication with the staff was really easy and the food was sooo good, fresh and tasty. The hummus and garlic sauce are yummy! The quantity was more than enough, we even had left overs. I would definitely recommend and we will order again.

Was in the area and saw this restaurant so I thought I’d give it a try. Boy what a great choice. Such a large portion size for the food. Could only eat half and the rest was taken home for another meal. Meat was so tender. Will definitely be returning.

Wow, one of the best meals I've had in Toronto. I ordered Zack's combo 1, the meat was delicious and the hummus was spot on. The grilled veggies and garlic sauce complimented the meal very well also.Thanks for the food and the excellent service.

I will give this place 10 stars if I could.They have an amazing new menu that includes catering to as many people as you wish. Tender and juicy beef tenderloin for an amazing price, complete with cooked vegetables and peppered pitas, very authentic and delicious.They specialize in kebab platters, order ahead and you won't be disappointed.Also very clean joint and friendly staff!I will definitely be back!

The staff excels in service and courtesy. The food is truly phenomenal. Chef Mehran creates mouth watering dishes that leave you beyond satisfied. It is the only time I truly cannot control myself. Even when full, I feel inclined to just take ONE more bite...and so it goes. Thank you for a truly Middle Eastern vibe.

Zack’s is so delicious we go about once a week! I usually order the chicken souvlaki plate and my partner the gyros. We’ve stopped going to Jimmy the Greek after discovering this place! Better to support your local community! The family is friendly and the food always ready on time!

I got a chicken shawarma plate for lunch from Zack's. I ordered on the phone and it was ready for me in 15 minutes when I arrived to pick it up. Immediately the presentation was very impressive, the colours of all the food were arranged in a very pleasing way. There was a generous amount of food included and overall a very pleasant, tasty meal. I will be returning to try more items from here.If I had any criticisms, I believe I was charged an extra 10 cents for my meal but was not told so until I saw my receipt after I left the place, and that my takeout bag was not tied properly so I almost dropped everything inside of it. Luckily I caught it, and it wasn't too big of a deal in the end. And the person serving me was not wearing a mask, which since this is a food place, might be a concern to some people wanting to visit here.

So... How do I describe this. Fantastic, the food quality is amazing. I think it is a person who decides the quality of the whole interaction. He always gets that right. He is a dedicated person to his business and it shows it every part of the experience. I love the chicken. It is TO DIE FOR!! I hope others can seriously understand that quality is reflect of the character put into the food. I am lucky to live around the corner and enjoy amazing food and company :). Thanks for being a fantastic person :)

I had the mixed plate and it was very delicious. The kefta kabobs were succulent and the chicken skewers tasted great as well. The salad they served tasted very fresh and the potatoes had a nice savoury lemon flavour. The restaurant does not skimp on high quality ingredients. 10/10.

Super friendly guy! The tastiest chicken shawarma meat ive ever had. Blown away. I had the chicken souvlaki and hubby got the beef wrap. They were both great! We got a sample of some sauces to try as well as the chicken shawarma. Had to leave early as hubby needed to get home. Im definitely going back for the chicken! And their garlic sauce and some yogurt sauce AND hummus was sooo tasty! I loved their salad too.

This is the tastiest wrap I’ve had. The pita is soft and light and all ingredients are fresh !! I recommend the chicken sandwich.

A friend recommended this restaurant, and we decided to try it. This place exceeded all expectations, and we will be back again. We ordered a Souvlaki plate and a chicken shawarma wrap, and a felafel wrap. All meals were delicious and had generous portions. Chicken and felafel were made freshly to order, and the rest of the ingredients and vegetables were all freshly prepared (Crunchy Lettuce, crunchy tomatoes, etc.)!! The staff were welcoming and were all following great food handling guidelines. The restaurant is super clean! We Really enjoyed our experience and highly recommend it to any else!

We ordered on UberEats and it was seriously some of the most incredible food we have had in the area! Everything was to die for and the portions are always more than generous. Best falafel and garlic sauce ever! Very fresh and amazing customer service. This place is seriously a hidden gem.
