Love this place. Food is excellent. It's our go-to when we have that craving for Greek food.

Food poisoning. Got the gyro dinner via uber eats and soon after eating was extremely ill for about 3 hours. Watch out for the rice, or any other food that may be left sitting out.
Sad because the food was tasty and I was excited to have a new favorite Greek place to eat at. Unfortunately won't be risking it again.
Fresh and tasty, huge portions. One of the mains will be more than enough to fill you up. Friendly staff too.
I am in the habit of ordering the village sausage or gyros plate, $20 each, to takeaway and bringing it over to Beach Hill Wines, up the street, where they'll pair it with a good glass of white for me.
Great living in this neighbourhood!
Been coming here for years. the food is amazing. The staff is very friendly highly recommend.
The food & server were fantastic!!!
Fantastic food, chicken is very tender with lots of flavor, gyro was one of the best I've ever had. My only critique is that the rice is a bit dry.
We've ordered from Zante several times and it never disappoints. The food is excellent and the portions are generous. I've never eaten in but I walk past Zante regularly and it looks really nice inside. Cozy and lovely decor.
I had one of the most incredible meals of my life here on February 7th, 2025. I was meeting my friend from back in college and we decided to try this place for our once in a few years meetup, and my goodness what a perfect choice. Incredibly yummy will probably be in my top 10 favourite meals of my life for the foreseeable future!

Lamb Shawarma Dinner 7/10 -
Comes with tzatziki and greek salad. Tzatziki is a bit less tangy than other places. Greek salad comes with cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, raw red onions, feta, oregano, one black olive and an olive oil dressing. Salad tastes fresh and crisp.
Lamb has a good sear/char on it, deep maillard flavour but is cooked to well-done and is quite dry and chewy. Almost all lean meat, which lacks the gamey lamb flavour. Rice isn't seasoned but has a wonderful bouncy and moderately chewy texture that's quite addicting. Potatoes lack any charring and are quite bland, but fork tender.

We’ve ordered takeout twice from here now since moving into the neighborhood - it was SO good. Great portions, you will have left overs. I highly recommend the chicken souvlaki dinner, salmon, and spaghetti - my son loved it. The pita bread was so so good, so order extra!! 😬 can’t wait to dine in soon!
Amazing Greek food! Chicken was tender and flavourful and loved the zesty potato. Portion was large with great price. Would come back again!
I can easily say this is the best chicken souvlaki dinner I have had the portion is HUGE the quality is outstanding the rice is maybe some of the tastiest I have had very good place
Everyone raves about this place and now so do I!
Really impressed at this Gerard street local eatery. We were in the area and decided to stop to have some Greek food. On a Sunday 3pm, we walked into an empty restaurant. We were wondering if the food would be good, but the sweet lady at the counter welcomed us with a warm smile.
Glad we ordered a crispy chicken wrap for my 10 year old, a fettuccine pasta for the 5 year old and hubby ordered their popular souvlaki dinner.
We waited a good 10 mins before the food came on the table. Kids were engaged in coloring (crayons provided) and we chatted with the lady about how business had moved more onto ubereats than dine -in
The food came along and boy were we surprised at the portions. The fettuccine was amazing - huge portions that were taken home. The crispy chicken wrap was on point and the crispy French fries on the side was everyone’s delight. The star of the table was definitely their souvlaki and the chicken was grilled to perfection, flavorful rice and fresh Greek salad. The tzatziki was their house special.. the two of us could share the palatte and full.
Wish we lived in the area because it’s worth every penny. When you dine-in the flavors are fresh and definitely better than takeout (I’m assuming)
Would love to swing by again when we’re in the area.
