Went for a coffee and croissant at 4pm today and was told they do not serve coffee after 4pm even though they are open till 7pm. I was an everyday customer but will not be back

This is my first and final visit to this place. The people working here are not clean. I ordered some food and waited for it to get ready. The male person in the cafe seemed to have a cold. He blew his nose a few times with a facial tissue, but he did not clean his hands. He just turned to the cappuccino machine, held the milk foaming part, then he engaged with his other duties.
Was served an incredibly stale and salty piece of red velvet cake. It was expensive and inedible

A fairly overpriced experience for a cup of coffee and a pastry, considering it’s an unassuming mall cafe.

The person who sold the cheesecake pastry to me certainly cannot take feedback. She’s not bothered at all about customer feedback and seemed rather angry when I requested her to exchange the pastry for a tiramisu. Nonetheless, she did agree to do it so I appreciate that but she could not take it positively. Also; the issue with the first item was that it was extremely salty and smelled bad.

Coffees are good but desserts are average and very expensive. Tiny cream brule 13cad. And it's definitely not worth it. Also, the employees are very unhappy. They're in the style of go get

Very good coffee and pastries. Nice service. Only a bit of seating and the atmosphere isn't the greatest in the mall.

RUDE!! The cashier was unreasonably rude!
My friend was on a video call with me and showing me some options of croissants on the display, to ask me which croissant I would like so she could do a to-go for me! (they looked ridiculous anyway so m glad I didnt choose any) However, the cashier rudely told her "do not film.. I dont like anyone filming at my store" without even knowing that my friend was just showing me the display on a video call!! AND IT WASNT MENTIONED ANYWHERE THAT CAMERA'S WEREN'T ALLOWED!
Like what on earth made you feel that someone would film the "stale" croissants at your stupid store?
I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! AND I WOULD REQUEST PEOPLE TO NEVER GO INTO THAT STORE with such horrible customer service!!
**this is about the store located in 20 Eglinton centre**
