The gelato was passable, though unremarkable. However, the experience was marred by the service; the staff member appeared grumpy and somewhat rude. Given the competitive landscape of gelato offerings, enhancing customer service should be a priority to improve overall satisfaction.

Nothing fancy. I had their tiramisu and caramel latte and it was alright. The prices are steep for what you get.Tiramisu wasn’t the best i had either but same quality as a chain cafe.

Cozy, accessible, friendly!!I've noticed this cafe for a long time and always try to stop by for a cup of cappuccino. Judging by the regular visitors who are in no hurry, this place is quite popular. Italian cakes will not leave you hungry and you will certainly want to plunge into this state of quiet DELIGHT again!!!

I live dangerously close to Zaza. And I say that because the gelato is fantastic and the staff are so so lovely. I need to limit my trips there cause It's probably not healthy to eat it every week. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cool treat and of course the espresso is dynamite

This is one of my favorite places in Bloor West village; and I've got the excellent service this morning. The only missing point is a hanger on the door in the washroom: where else can I put my jacket?

The quality of drinks, food and service at this place is just average. The location is great and for those seeking a classic cappuccino thats about the only good drink you’ll enjoy, their latte lacks flavor, the matcha drink is bland, and the food is subpar.

This is a great espresso bar. Excellent coffee, the way it should be. The gelato is top notch too!

I'm not sure if it was the time of night I came by but this might be the worst gelato I've ever had. It was icy and had ribbons of coagulated sugar in it. I had to throw it out halfway through. I had the hazelnut gelato.

Wanted to have an affogato. Menu on display says $3.50. When you order it turns out it's $8.00!!!This used to be a nice spot on Bloor and Willard. Under new management now I guess...

I came here really early in the morning, so this is more of a review on its cafe aspect than a gelato cafe. I have not tried the gelato so I will come back for sure! But I had an online lecture I had to catch, so I came here as soon as it opened. The interior is really nice, they had wall sized openings, so it was kind of like Won with the outside. But it didn’t mean it was dirty or anything, especially in contrast to the more polished and marble theme it had going.I got a croissant and ice latte sat down in the corner, and the funniest thing happened. I needed the Wi-Fi password. Won look to the guy working there and he knew. He told me the answer before I could ask, it was really funny. The croissant itself was OK, there definitely has been worse, but it was more like a pastry, not because of its sweetness, but because of its density. It wasn’t dense like a fruitcake or anything, just not as fluffy or flaky as a croissant should be. Sauté was really good, I forgot to ask what beans they use, but I’ll ask next time I drop by.Thank you for having me :) I’ll be back soon to try your gelato!

Gelato is affordable - fantastic texture and the flavours are real and natural. Delicious. Staff are very friendly and upbeat. Cafe is very well kept and tidy but doesn't feel sterile. Will return regularly.
