I got a coupon for this restaurant and came to the restaurant after finishing after work. the place has beautiful designs, I got a warm welcome from the beautiful hostesses and they were very kinds towards me, and not afraid to have a conversation with me. Although I am Central African, I felt like I was home. I still got the African vibe with music ranging from Dawit Tsige to young unknown Ethiopian rappers from Toronto. The food had an authentic presentation and was even more delicious than anticipated. I thanked the waitress and hostess, gave them a tip for their amazing service and told them I will be coming back with friends. Thank you once again ZEMA Lounge & bar. You will see me again soon! ?

Came here with my friend on her birthday as her favourite food is Ethiopian. We ordered the vegetarian platter and a side of beef tibs. Food was delicious and portion size is good. Our server was extremely sweet and helpful. Will definitely be returning.
Nice place to enjoy the evening with good Ethiopian food. Patio is great, good music, tasty food and good service. I’m taking one star down just because the waitress who served us was a trainee perhaps and made few silly mistakes. Other than that, all good and we liked it so much.
