Good but definitely not spicy even ordering the hot spice level. Good selection of ingredients to choose from

I discovered this place over a year ago before I was living in Chinatown but I’d still make the trek to dine in. I then moved to the area and it became my go to spot. Always consistently fresh, good prices, delicious soup options & free dipping sauce bar. It’s all self serve but the staff is still very nice and helpful if you have any questions. Also cant forget their drink fridge!! Tasty and refreshing options and I believe they rotate their selection.
Only downside id say is that it’s really bright in the space.

Even though it's the spiciest, it's not that spicy... North York is really spicy, but it seems to be on a different level than downtown. If you pay in cash, they give you a 10% discount.

Wow what an amazing experience and concept!
Choose whatever you like, put it in the bowl and they cook it for you. The price is according to the weight. It costs much less than ramen places which have super small portions. Amazing value.
The soup is so tasty, and ingredients are plenty to choose from.
Quite unique restaurant and no surprise that they have so many locations worldwide.

This place is AMAZING!! When I first walked in, I was a bit confused about how the whole self-service works because I originally wasn't planning on eating here. The employees explained it well and helped me with the process. The restaurant asks you to choose toppings, noodles, and broth, and it's charged by weight. I love that you can choose whichever toppings you'd like and essentially customize your entire order. When I paid, I thought it was a bit pricey, but when I got the bowl, I was amazed by the portion size! The food was absolutely delicious, portion size was amazing, and the service was superb. If you're looking for a restaurant to go to or to try out, go HERE! Definitely recommend.
