I realize this is a newer restaurant, but here's my feedback: ordered 2 appetizers, both good, but one was not hot. Thanksgiving special menu, many in my family ordered squash soup...they ran out. Soup substituedwas good but warm. Beef shortribs, many enjoyed but one was cold in middle. I ordered a grilled cheese that was to have ham, um, no ham and not pressed as per menu. Service was good. May I suggest you dumb your menu down. It's too vast. Pick favorites and stick with that. You are trying too hard to accommodate...from pub food, Asian, English, etc etc. Hone it down and make perfect.
Dietary restrictions: Vast menu prob will accommodate. But I would be cautious of cross contamination if restrictions

My wife and I met friends at Piper Arms. The drinks they ordered came without alcohol. Server claimed he made them himself and knew what was in them. We ordered a Ruffino and he served a Shiraz. When questioned he said the wines were the same price so it didn't matter. Our friends food was served first and my wife received hers 5 minutes later, Butternut Squash ravioli swimming in liquid. My Burger was served 5 minutes later. We should have left but finding another place to eat at the time would have been a pain. Overall the service was horrible and the food barely passable. Will never go there again and will happily tell as many people as I know that this Piper Arms is not worth going to.
