Employees to busy chilling and texting with phones in their hands that they can't announce when your order is ready while you sit at your table, wait and your food gets cold. They are also so busy texting that they can't be bothered to pour the soap into the pump nor clean the bathroom.

I used to love this store. The atmosphere is great. Well, but this morning, I ordered an egg sandwich, when I opened it，is it how you called toasted? No wonder how harmful burnt food is, didn’t any of the employees notice such obvious burns? Can this meal still be served? Is it just to fool customers who ordered takeouts? I bet it won’t happen if that is dine-in. Really disappointed experience.

I’ve had good food at Aroma so far and I wouldn’t say the food wasn’t good here, but it wasn’t the best.
The halloumi sandwich was good but it could have been better with a different type of bread, and maybe toasted. The soft bread didn’t seem quite the match for the halloumi cheese and sauce.
The pumpkin soup in a cup was good, albeit a bit too peppery.
Not sure if they just ran out of bread options (they did say they were out of whole wheat),...
