Lovely couple owner who speaks Cantonese. They are very nice. Everyday a special drink of $4.99 and each day drink favour is different. Most Fridays, me and my husband will drop by and buy the special . My husband loves their Lychee Green Tea Slush ?With Cheese Foam and l love both Lychee Green Tea Slush With Cheese Foam and Blueberry Green Tea Slush With Cheese Foam ??. Next time I have to try Signature Fresh Fruit Green Tea?

DRINKS: ordered jasmine milk tea and signature fruit tea. the fruit tea was good but the jasmine was steeped for too long/at too high a temperature, because it was VERY bitter.CUSTOMER SERVICE: ordered a matcha bubble waffle as well, which lacked any matcha flavour at all.this was my second time ordering it, and i remember having been burnt the first time. i saw all the employees look at each other with confusion/unease as they served it, but didn’t bother to make a new one.this time i ordered a large jasmine milk tea and was served a regular. when i asked about this i was told that there was only one size. after pushing and saying that there were two sizes on the menu, and that i had been charged for a large, i was refunded the difference without a fuss. i’ll give them that, but i dislike how (who i assume to be) the owner tried to brush me off.edit: not sure why this was reposted now but my visit was back in 2020 i believe

This is my first time here at Ba Cha and I love it here. The staff are friendly and polite and it feels warm and cozy in here. I ordered the passionfruit lemon green tea and it tastes delicious!

We ordered the loaded mango pomelo. Drove home, which was only a 5 min drive. Gave it to the kids and they said it tasted bad. It was bitter, sweet and a weird smoky taste.

Scammed. Grapefruit instead of Pomelo. Unapologetic even after I told them it interferes with my medication, and they should have listed it. I only noticed after I left. And you couldn't see the Grapefruit until you really mixed the drink.
Love this place for fruity drinks. The drinks are consistently well made at a good price. My go to spot!

Got the lasting mango fizz and the honey rose tea with aloe. The lasting mango fizz was good but noting special about it and the honey rose tea w aloe was a bit bland but it’s probably because we lowered the sugar level. Didn’t have the Yakult drinks when I went and was a bit disappointed but it’s alright.
