Was gonna put this up BR official web but there's no such comment/complaints Page, so here we go.
BR's Cones are wrap with paper which is all good. but the paper is STUCK to the cone which customers are supposed to be eating and THAT is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Tho a new one was offered complimentarily, but turned out most, if not all, cones were the same with paper sticking onto the cones and could not be separated or removed.
THIS IS A SANITARY ISSUE that BR must address.

While the food is good I must say I am very disappointed with the service here. I came with my family of 5 just now and a male worker was giving us looks while we were trying to figure out what to order. Then, my daughter grabs a spoon and he says “Next time can you ask” in a rude tone, not even responding to her when she apologized right after. Very upset with this interaction and the service here.

I drove out of our way through massive traffic to get there only to see that it was closed for renovations. How about you update your business hours on google!!

We bought 2 codes.one of the ice cream was melted (soft)I asked the girl Cheryl to replace it but she denied and said it's suppose to be like this...was really rude .
I haven't gone to Baskin Robbins in years but my boss bought me a scoop of some chocolate peanut butter and it was delicious. So I decided to visit this location since I was in the area and couldn't find the choco peanut butter one but got the German Birthday cake and it was sooooo good! Pieces of walnuts, fudge and coconut. So yummy! This summer I'll probably go back to try other flavors.

This Baskin Robbins location in Markham, near Markville Mall, has been our go-to store for many years. We were in the store looking for Cales for an upcoming party and to spend some of our accumulated Baskin Robbins Gift cards. There was almost too much selection, but we found a cake that suited our needs. The kids got a treat that they liked. Simply another great visit to our favourite local Baskin Robbins store.
Parking: It is a busy parking lot but you never wait long for a parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: They are really great with kids whenthey might be overwhelmed with the many selections.

Got my son a spiderman cookies and cream cake! It was delicious. Most importantly the place appeared clean and the staff was kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this over DQ any day! It’s kind of expensive but it’s worth it :)
