I haven't gone to Baskin Robbins in years but my boss bought me a scoop of some chocolate peanut butter and it was delicious. So I decided to visit this location since I was in the area and couldn't find the choco peanut butter one but got the German Birthday cake and it was sooooo good! Pieces of walnuts, fudge and coconut. So yummy! This summer I'll probably go back to try other flavors.

This Baskin Robbins location in Markham, near Markville Mall, has been our go-to store for many years. We were in the store looking for Cales for an upcoming party and to spend some of our accumulated Baskin Robbins Gift cards. There was almost too much selection, but we found a cake that suited our needs. The kids got a treat that they liked. Simply another great visit to our favourite local Baskin Robbins store.Parking: It is a busy parking lot but you never wait long for a parking spot.Kid-friendliness: They are really great with kids whenthey might be overwhelmed with the many selections.

Got my son a spiderman cookies and cream cake! It was delicious. Most importantly the place appeared clean and the staff was kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this over DQ any day! It’s kind of expensive but it’s worth it :)

Ice cream is amazing....BUT NO chocolate dipped cones and sold out of bananas so no banana splits. Uber driver was turned away due to no bananas. They need to keep up with their stock!

Good ice cream. We come here every so often. When it's busy, it moves pretty slow because there doesn't seem to be extra staff scheduled. I really liked the new seasonal dragon fruit flavour!
We love buying ice cream cakes for celebrations so I visited this location after many years to get a cake. Before I moved from Markham we would visit this particular location for ice cream and cakes quite frequently for many, many years.The staff never greeted me when I entered and barely looked at me when I smiled and said 'Hello'. They seemed annoyed that they had to work. I was the only person in the shop at the time and they would barely engage with me or even smile.The sign on the cake freezers says to ask staff to open the cake freezer so when I told the female staff that I wished to have a cake, she looked at me, annoyed again, and said "You can just get it yourself" despite the sign saying otherwise.The cake was good but not worth $48 for a flat 1.5 tall cake with such little ice cream for the price. I got my cake and paid $50 cash and when I left the $2 tip in the jar is the only time I was properly spoken to as the girl said, 'Thanks!'I was extra bubbly when speaking to the male and female staff thinking that they might want to speak to me if I'm engaged and happy but that didn't work. I always tip and didn't feel like tipping at all this time but I knew if I didn't they would treat the next customer poorly. I figured they needed monetary incentive to be nice to people.Terrible, lackluster service for an ice cream shop. I'll be heading to the Dairy Queen next time for better service.

Went to this location to buy a birthday cake for my son. Staff was very nice. Lots of cakes to pick. Used the $5 birthday cake coupon from the email sent. Also took few photos of ice cream flavours!

We came for the soft ice cream but they don't sell it anymore. But we stayed for the delicious Pralines and Cream we even took some heavenly hash home which was at a good price.
