My fav Hong Kong style茶餐廳in Markham. Staff are efficient drinks are good . Milk tea and lemon tea are authentic. Fair price and pretty easy to get a seat. (Unless u are in a large group) I usually go there at 6-8 pm during weekends.

Seats are tight right up against other tables. Waitresses were also not friendly. Meals took forever to come or maybe they even forgot to place order. Didn’t even follow up. Definitely standards have gone down compare to before. Will not be coming again , rather go new city. At least standards are still there and you won’t be disappointed.
