CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

CoCo's teas have never been on par with the other bubble tea places but their fruit juices and smoothies are top notch.

This particular location is really convenient as a great after-meal treat. Smack dab in the middle of possibly one of the best chinese restaurant plaza's second only to First Markham Place, and really the only bubble tea option in the entire strip so they practically have a monopoly!

Only thing I would caution is this particular CoCo does not carry yakult so you won't be able to get your favorite go-to CoCo yakult drinks if you like that sort of thing.

They have the best oolong milk tea I have ever had in all Coco branches 🫶

The best bubbletea place. My favorite is 3 Guys. The milk tea is so tasty & creamy. & I love the tapioca & grass jelly..Sooo good!

They fixed their pink blossom recipe and it does include Lychee’s now 🥰💙💖 also it’s a different lid to fit it. You can see my lychees peeking out. Just be careful with how filled it is that you may have a bit leaking out and down the sides from said lid 🤭

Ordered a pink blossom and they didn’t put lychees in. When I brought it up he told me it wasn’t in the recipe. I literally showed him the formula & he still persisted on telling me I’m wrong and that they have their own recipe.

Honestly not sure why their rating is so low! I think this place has been renovated pretty recently. It looks clean and spacious inside. Service is always nice does not matter what time in the day you go. I visited this location at least 5 times and all my visits have been pleasant. There was an issue with two of my drinks recently but this location was able to help me fix the issue unlike another location that I do not like visiting! I would definitely visit this location again!

This is the worst coco store I’ve ever been to. The taste is terrible comparing to others and most importantly the workers got out of patience and rolled her eyes at me when i was thinking with to get (there was no one else lining up behind me)!

I bought a cup of milk tea today, took a sip, and found that the taro balls were hard!

I asked if I could switch them to pearls instead. The girl making the tea immediately lost her temper and yelled at me, "Why should I change it for you? No, I won't." She continued to say that their QQ (chewy tapioca) has been unstable recently. Then another girl came over and said that since the QQ doesn't suit my taste, I should avoid ordering it next time. Later, I argued with the girl who had yelled at me earlier and asked if it's okay to yell at a stranger like that. Her response was, "Why not? If you're not a customer, I wouldn't even bother talking to you."

It’s not about the QQ anymore; it’s about the fact that I paid for something and still got scolded. What kind of store is this? I’m really angry!!!

Also, the staff admitted that there’s an issue with their QQ. If you know this batch of QQ has a problem, why are you still selling it?

I have been to this Coco store many times and the store clerk scolded me for changing the topping. Because the taro balls are too hard, I could ask them to change the topping, but the female clerk said no! Why is it like this every time? But we are not like this every time. The taro balls in other stores are normal, but yours is a bit tough and has a bad temper. This girl, even if you don't change it for me, don't lose your temper with the customers!
