Honestly not sure why their rating is so low! I think this place has been renovated pretty recently. It looks clean and spacious inside. Service is always nice does not matter what time in the day you go. I visited this location at least 5 times and all my visits have been pleasant. There was an issue with two of my drinks recently but this location was able to help me fix the issue unlike another location that I do not like visiting! I would definitely visit this location again!
Pros:BBT was as expected and the renovated space is kept very clean and bright.Cons: it took over 30mins to get 1 drink. There were 2 staff on site and a constant number of orders coming in so they seemed to be understaffed on a Sunday. 30mins is way too long for one drink where you can get an equally good drink from other major bbt chain shops tp save you on time.
This Coco definitely has better environments than other Coco locations. It’s like a Starbucks that you can sit down and enjoy ur drink with your friends or work on ur own things.
