Just happened to be looking for a breakfast spot that's not Tim Hortons. Great local feel. No frills but the workers couldn't be nicer.I was introduced to the menu and went with the recommendation for the Deluxe Bagel which included egg, bacon, lettuce, tomato. Coffee is nothing special but must be done.Was thrown off a bit that there's a Subway in there as well but felt like a family doing their best. Will definitely be back.

Deserves way higher reviews. Should be at least at a 4.5. Always try and stop here if I have a few extra minutes for a quick delicious homemade meal. If you are there for subway, do yourself a favor and get a sandwich from here instead.

One of the best hidden secrets in central markham near the mall. Never order from the connecting Subway. Get amazing coffee from Honey Bee side and ask for Deluxe Breakfast Sandwich on big bagel. It’s unreal!!

The food is plentiful and freshly made to order. I was totally impressed with the quality of food while dining here. Their deluxe breakfast bagel is huge (I show only half as my son had the other half.). The service is always pleasant and attentive. There is plenty of seating and also plenty of parking. It is also co-branded with a Subway which gives you even more options to choose from. Pricing is better than most other places around.
This coffee shop is connected to Subway. I tried their small whole wheat bagel with cream cheese ($2.57). Surprisingly, it's one of the best cream cheese bagels I've ever had. The bagel toasted was crispy and soft on the inside. They give you a generous amount of cream cheese as well, not too overwhelming. The staff run both the coffee shop and Subway, and I've been in here a few times now. They are both very nice. Fast service too as it's never busy here. There are a lot of tables in here as well. It's a quieter place to grab a coffee with a friend if other coffee shops are busy and loud. It's definitely a good place to get a quick breakfast. I saw the woman making a Deluxe BLT breakfast sandwich for another customer and it looked really good. The bacon and eggs are cooked to order, so it's fresh.
