This place isn't spectacular or anything but it does the job. I don't come here for the service or vibes for a Chinese BBQ place in the food court. However, what it brings is an "authentic Chinese BBQ" culture that you often find in Hong Kong.Taste, food, everything is average but it gives you generous portion and price. Many places have jacked up their prices after the inflation, but at here, it's inflated a bit earlier but have been staying the same...
Barbecued pork with rice: The barbecued pork was not cooked well, too dry and tasteless, and the rice was too watery. It gets a score of 3 because the roasted pork is actually ok, moderately fat and lean, and the skin is crispy. You got 2.7 points. I hope I can help you get better??
$10 all in, included standard rice and veggies.
You wouldn't typically come to an old food court for the atmosphere nor service, but it's clean and comfortable enough, with plenty of Asian culture around.
