We had dinner at 1 o'clock on a free day. It tasted good. My mother didn't like it and she had to clear the plate after eating.
Vegetarian options: Arhat
Parking: It’s hard to find a table during meal time, so we recommend coming early

I was craving for congee tonight, and decided to visit Keung's Restaurant 強記雞粥 at Peachtree Plaza. This place is known for their delicious congee and lots of signature Chinese dishes!
We were greeted by the lady at the counter who gestured us to go in and pick our own seat. Our server then promptly brought us kettle of tea and the menus. He was very friendly, courteous, and has great presence!
We ordered the minced beef congee, wonton soup, veggie noodles and a plate of Chinese broccoli to share. Everything was delicious, and cravings definitely satisfied. Our server later offered us complimentary desserts at the end of our meal - purple glutinous rice soup :)
Thank you for taking such great care of your customers! I'll definitely be back again.

The food there is of good quality and the price is reasonable, but the decoration of the store is starting to get old and the seats are a bit uncomfortable. If you don't mind, fast food is fine.

Keung's has been around for many years and was my mom's go-to Cantonese restaurants at the Midland/Finch location in the late 90s.
We came for dinner, ordered bittermelon in salted egg yolk, free-range chicken (half), and black bean clams. I love that they kept with tradition and gave today's house soup.
The food is affordable, tasty (not overly salty) like I remembered, and the portion was enough for 2 or more as we had leftovers.

It was my first time dining here last Friday, and I absolutely loved it! I had a plate of spaghetti bolognese for lunch, and it tasted so delicious and fresh! I also loved how the manager was so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend this restaurant if you love HK café food!

Love their afternoon tea set menu, especially the deep fried tofu and the HK Style rice roll. The set meal comes with free iced red bean drink.

Posting this on behalf of my parents, but this incident happened a couple of years ago when we were back from a trip. We decided to go to Keung’s (it was such a staple in our family, and we hadn’t gone there in a while). The waitresses started making some small talk with us, and I remember we were seated so near the bathroom that we were kind of uncomfortable with it. They moved us, which we appreciated.
We ordered around $200 worth of food, and of course, we tipped around 25%. I remember saying thank you for the amazing service, but the waitress ran out of the restaurant demanding more tips, which was very unprofessional. We were shocked at their behavior.
I know tipping is based on service, and we always tip generously because we know the staff work hard and money is not easy to make. But after that incident, we decided not to go there anymore. We just wanted to give a heads-up: if you are demanding change, the waitresses are going to expect you to tip more than expected. We have not returned ever since and have gone to other places instead.

Cantonese cuisine that delights and meets expectations. The restaurant isn't done up like Mr Congee across the street but the food is wonderful nonetheless. The restaurant is clean, the tables aren't crowded and the staff are exceptionally welcoming and kind.
My favourite dishes we ordered were the sweet and sour pineapple chicken (crispy, nice pieces of chicken, lots of veggies and pineapple pieces, and the sauce is perfectly sweet and tangy), and the chicken and salty fish fried rice. The tastes were done right and nothing was excessively oily. Finally the sizzling beef dish was great too, along with the mixed vegetables.

We ordered a decent meal got quality for our price, some things could be better on the service side restaurant looks really good we were served promptly and we had fresh food we will definitely be going there often, it is also very clean restaurant, and other then information of no credit card at end rice having to ask for it.
And they could flavour the ho fan a little bit more and lack of asking if we need more napkins other then this it's a great place.
