The service is good, but the owner of the Lucullus Bakers across the operation is sooo cheap on everything. Even on July 1, there r closed to 1000 people r celebrating Canada Day outside around the store, I can not believe there is only 1 person working. The store is cheap out on every single bit, and customers around me are complaining every single bit.

Great kid friendly place for Chinese pastries.

The two pasta dishes were very small—just a few bites each. We felt extremely thirsty afterwards, likely due to too much MSG. Prices weren’t particularly cheap either. The pineapple bun was okay, but nothing special. Most disappointing were the drinks: both the coffee and milk tea (we ordered large sizes) were incredibly watery and bland—probably the worst we’ve ever had. We drank them on the spot, not takeout, and they were still undrinkable. Also, the female staff wasn’t particularly friendly, which made the overall experience less pleasant.

My go to spot for Chinese baked goods. When I try new places I’m always disappointed!!

Good Hong Kong style bakery and breakfast in fair price. Breakfast and bread are in good quality and unbeatable price. Deco is retro. The only problem is the entry door. It is quite cold with one layer of door. Service is good and appropriated.

We frequently come here for lunch during work days. They have a variety of steamed rice meals, breakfast menu and good bakery selection. Nice seating area and atmosphere.

Curry beef fried bun had good flavour and filling was full, pineapple custard bun sweeter than normal, BBQ pork bun good that it had no red colour

This place has the best Hot Hong Kong Tea, Iced Hong Kong Lemon Tea, and Green Bean Sweet Soup (served in an iced drink cup) by far in the entire Markham area. So authentic that the taste brought me back to the days in Hong Kong 45+ years ago.

Also to add that this place is super clean, super new, and the atmosphere/decor super relaxing and calm.

Plenty of parking in the lot.

The Hong Kong-style bakery also sells simple meals. The business is very good. The decoration is not bad. It has a bit of a European atmosphere. There are not many menus and beverage choices. The simple meals include small drinks, which is reasonably priced. The prices of a la carte drinks are on the high side. Bread and desserts The taste is average.

The atmosphere here is calming and cozy... however, if you're in the food business, you need to pay careful attention to hygiene and it was blatantly obvious that that is neglected here.

The lady behind the counter was wearing latex gloves and counting a handful of hundred dollar bills with both hands. Wearing the same gloves she used to count the paper money with, I saw her proceed to make drinks for customers, not giving a second thought that customers just saw what she did. Makes me wonder how food is cooked BEHIND closed doors here.

I won't be returning to this place.

Been here for breakfast multiple times. Food portion is great, tastes good, easy to find table, macaroni broth is wonderful, pineapple bun is awesome.

Good place for Hong Kong style steam rice, bread and buns. Their cakes are delicious too. Recently tried their breakfast, not bad. Just wish to have a bigger portion.
