The portion size is really not generous making it not worth the money. Would not purchase again.

decent place for dessert, it’s not bad but not great. i got the ube shaved ice and shared it amongst 3 people, we weren’t too hungry so it was the perfect amount. i wish the toppings had more, they definitely were skimpy considering we got the large size. i’m not sure if large is more worth it, you get a bit more shaved ice for $5 extra, other than that nothing too special. self serve spot where you order and pick it up / clean after yourself. would recommend if you want something fast, but i think zenq is better for its amount you get
enjoyed their fun little black friday game where you can draw something and we won a pop socket.

It really cannot be worse. Having loved Meet Fresh in China, it is so disappointing to see this absolute garbage. All the bobas are stuck together and there is so little ingredient in the soup, it’s basically 8 pieces of taro balls and a few clumps of questionable-looking bobas and some peanuts and that’s it. If I could give negative star I would.

is not cheap but the dessert is pretty big able to share with 2 to 3. overall a great place to hangout with friends!!

I came here a week ago for dessert at around 9PM—11PM with a bunch of friends. The portions were fulfilling and were enough to share between two people. Shaved ice was delicious, however, when I tried to play the board games they offered it was sticky and old. Other than the board games, my overtime here was great!

It was my first time to try fresh taro jelly outside of Hong Kong, and I was not disappointed. The meatballs and jelly still retained the taste that I remembered! The waiters are also kind and lovely. Although the queue is a bit long on Christmas, the waiters are still very patient and friendly. I think I will visit more often in the future!

A very unpleasant experience, will not do it again! It took us 40 minutes to drive to the store. It was very difficult to park in the parking space. The main point was that the waiter didn’t know much about the menu. He repeatedly emphasized that we wanted grass jelly. Obviously, there is grass jelly in the smoothie version. Or I could add it. She told me no. But he told me that I wanted hot dishes and suggested that the waiters should be trained on their menu awareness! I asked to put the coconut milk balls in, but she didn't put them in for me. When I called the store, the waiter shied away from responsibility and said the manager wouldn't let them put them in! If you obviously don’t have the confidence to make a good store, why would you copy it and open it in China? The taste is completely different. It tastes really bad and I have to spend money to suffer.

I used to live around those neighbourhood and if I still did, I'd be in this Meet Fresh location all the time. Lots of room to sit and linger and enjoy great tasting Taiwanese desserts. Their signature grass jelly still tastes as authentic as it can be. Hits the spot on a cold or hot day.

I’ve been here three times, and this time I ordered Taro Ball No. 1. Unfortunately, the ice was especially hard and in large chunks, not smooth at all, as shown in the picture. The previous two times, they included creamer for free, but this time they said it costs extra. Really disappointing.
