Ate here for two days in a row. My son likes the sauce-flavored buns the most, my daughter likes the classic beef noodles the best, and I like the fried buns with fresh meat the best. The price-performance ratio is high, but it cannot be compared with the taste of pan-fried buns and xiaolongbao. The fried buns are made from northern buns and are quite soft. The soup dumplings have a good flavor and the skin is not thin (because they are not xiaolongbao). The only shortcoming is the signature noodles. The base is the same as what Guo Sheng said. The soup base and meat are not outstanding. It is not unpalatable but not recommended. I don’t know if the tofu noodle is made by the store itself, so the taste is a bit different. But overall The taste and texture are still good. The price is reasonable and affordable, so there is an endless stream of customers and they have to wait for a table.

I waited half an hour for the steamed buns I ordered and they still didn't arrive. When I asked twice, I was told to wait a little longer. The second time, I was told that it would take another 10 minutes. So it takes 40 minutes to eat their steamed buns? Not worth it, and not as delicious as the legend says. The key is the older waiter's disdainful attitude: It can't be done any time soon. When paying the bill, I actually had a straight face and was a bit embarrassed...
