Mr. Congee Chinese Cuisine 龍粥記

Not sure why this place only has a 3.6-star rating—I had an absolutely fantastic meal here. We ordered the Peking duck, spot prawns, and silken chicken soup, and everything was delicious. The Peking duck wasn’t the crispiest I’ve had, but considering it’s not their specialty, it was still very enjoyable and flavorful.

What really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly attentive—they kept switching out our plates without us even asking, which made the whole dining experience feel thoughtful and elevated. Overall, this was one of the better Chinese meals I’ve had recently, and I’d definitely come back again.

Friendly , efficient and helpful staff. The place is clean, bright and spacious between tables. The price is right and the food is above average. Will recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

Excellent staff that is quite helpful. Celebrating a birthday here the staff provided all necessities with no extra charge. The ordered food came extremely quick, however we did come after the dinner rush (730 pm on a Tuesday)

Having been here a couple of times, I can say that their 4.25 stars are consistently earned through their delicious food and good service. The food is often nicely priced, I’m good portions, and delicious. Although they are often busy, they still provide a great service. Overall amazing place to go for dinner.

Good for casual lunch. They offer daily specials, all different kinds of Chinese food - Congee, noodles, BBQ, stir fries, they even have Chinese Style Tea and ice- cream red bean ice ……..
They also have afternoon specials and set dinner too. They have plenty of seats and private party rooms for different functions.

The portions and prices are quite good here. The foods all tasted delicious. I find the BBQ foods were a little pricey. They have afternoon tea specials that comes with a drink. The beef brisket was very flavorful and the shrimp wontons are ginormous.

We usually come here for their afternoon tea. Portions for the food is usually quite good but today the drinks came out like this🤔and the drinks already have ice. I get shrinkflation but this is kinda ridiculous 🫣We told our waitress and she totally did not care and walked away.

Really good Chinese food. Great peking duck, super delicious. No complaints here

Lots of set menu combos for 6 or more people.

Waited for 10 minutes to place order and the server ask me to write it on paper myself while I see others do place order with the other waitress. Not too happy but is fine. Placed order but one item didn't show up. Follow up with the server, she replied if you have wrote it it will be here soon,.......okay not too happy as well but wait patiently. During the third time I follow up with one of the server and strongly requested to check it and she found order has not been placed. It took another 20 minutes....thank you

Definitely one of fave places to eat Chinese food. So many choices and all good. Definitely a great place to eat some good Chinese food
