came here on November 6 around 8pm for a birthday celebration.
First off, the waiter (KYLE F) was not very friendly and me and a few of my friends felt a little awkward about his attitude.
Second, we waited so long for the food. We received our food after 9pm and it was already cold by the time we received it (We waited around an hour). I ordered the wagyu burger and truffle fries. The fries were cold and hard and the burger was cold as well.
Finally, we waited so long for dessert that we had already paid the bill, packed our takeout boxes, and put our coats on before we even got it. We reminded the waiter about it and he seemed snappy when he said the kitchen was still making it. But all it was, was 1 tiramisu and 1 gelato which shouldn’t have taken that long.
Utterly disappointed about this entire situation, especially because it was for a birthday.

we booked a long table for our friend birthday party, we really regretted to have ordered “tower for four”, it came out too too too too much potatoes. should have had ordered “tower for two”. frankly speaking, “tower four” is size bigger but actually nothing added except the potatoes, and “tower two”looks more cost efficient. we brought a cake to celebrate, they charged us extra 2$ for each person in the final bill, can’t understand why they added this expensive service fee just for a very small cake.

From start - reception to finish - their service was superb and excellent. Attentive service staff, water was always refilled and orders were brought immediately. Very warm and welcoming staff too. Brunch food tower for 4 was delicious and diverse. Cozy and homey atmosphere. Nice architecture and design inside and out.
