The boss yelled at the waiter remotely like a lunatic not to allow outside drinks, which made the clerk yell at us like a lunatic. As a result, he allowed smoking in the private room next door, making the whole store full of second-hand smoke. Already honest and reported😬

I went to the gaming cafe yesterday and the pc crashed on me and then I asked the front desk for help and they didn't believe that the pc crashed and thought my time ran out until I showed them my receipt. Horrible customer service. Don't come here.

Six-axis racing is so fun

The Internet cafe environment is good and the Internet speed is very fast. The price of the mahjong parlor is very cheap. Happy hour is 40 yuan for 6 hours.

Really the best value for money! The $40 happy hour starts at 3 o'clock and ends at 8 o'clock. It's great! There are many other things to play in the store, especially the racing car that looks so awesome? Recommended

It's okay, but nothing compared to a place like invictus. Smelled a little bit like vape/cigs but my biggest problem was that nothing was in English which made using the computers a little difficult. A LOT of menus on the computer and prompts when signing in but I was just guessing for the most part and couldn't actually use the menus because I didn't know what they were for. Lots of people quoting prices but i paid 6/hour for 2 (but tbh we came in at 1:50 and the computers shut off on us at 3:30 tho idc wewere about to leave anyways). Chairs were uncomfortable and the monitor stand takes up too much space on the desk so if you play with a low sensitivity good luck. My left ear phone was much quieter than my right one as well. Headphones ear covers were peeling.

Accesing the place at night was also VERYY sketchy as we had to open a door behind a dumpster and take a half built elevator to the second floor (tbf it was late at night).

Also people PLEASE make sure you log off, my friends computer had somebody's email signed in as well as their discord account, we could see uber rides being taken on it. My computer had somebody's discord signed in as well. The search history isn't cleared as well.

3 star experience but I bumped it down to 2 stars because of a clear lacking of security for customers.

Very disappointed

As a regular customer, I am very disappointed with this store. It’s understandable not to allow outside drinks and food, after all, the store relies on this to make money. I always order drinks and snacks from the store every time I come here. Now you are not allowed to bring water, not even your own water bottle. The clerk said it was a rule set by the boss. We wanted to order coffee, but it was not on the menu. The clerk asked the boss for instructions and later told us that we could buy it outside and bring it in, but we would need to pay a take-out fee. It's so funny, we'd love to order your drinks but it's also our problem that you don't have coffee? And the boss will watch the surveillance to see which private room has brought something. Who wants to be watched while playing? This business is so interesting. I look forward to when this store will close.
