Very poor food and service quality. We were never informed that orders had to be placed by scanning a QR code. When we tried to ask staff for help, no one mentioned it, and we later discovered the QR stand was hidden among the chopsticks on the table.
We ordered chicken rice, but the chicken was undercooked, which was very concerning from a food safety perspective. On top of that, the prices were totally overpriced compared with other Vietnamese restaurants offering much better quality and service.
Very disappointing experience — we will not be returning.

The portion is so small… for $19 before tax?
Great experience here! Service was extremely fast. My favourite dish was the grilled pork with vermicelli platter where you can make your own rolls. Portions are generous and price is reasonable. The fried chicken wings with coconut sticky rice was a surprise. Very flavourful! You even get complimentary soft serve ice cream at the end of you meal.

Delicious! The beef is especially good!
Had a pho dinner on a cold night and it warmed us up good.

My family of four came here for the first time tonight. We had beef fried rice, shrimp fried rice, pork chop with rice, and the Vietnamese Special Platter. All of our dishes were absolutely amazing. In fact, for my husband, it is the best Vietnamese pork chop that he has had outside of Vietnam. One of my kids had a coconut milkshake, which was absolutely delicious and the other had honey passionfruit juice. And the best part was the salted caramel iced coffee. They also had free ice cream. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Good food but where we sat had the AC on for some reason when it was -10 outside.

This place is going downhill. After it separated from the chain, it's portion is getting smaller and smaller. The food is not cheap, making it less favourable compare to other Pho places. The service is not good. The food was ordered wrong, the ice cream is all melted. The Pho soup is not hot enough so the beef is raw. I probably won't go back next time.

Best Pho I’ve had in the GTA hands down. It is a bit more pricey than other options but it makes up for it in quality and taste. I 100% recommend trying their bone marrow. I also enjoyed the Matcha latte with red bean.
