I ordered pizza online and it came right on the 40 mins, when i received it a guy came and wasnât that nice and wasnât like âhello, here you are, thank you, bye, have a nice dayâ like theirs no manners, just leaves after i say have a nice day, then he leaves and i see the pizza and it was burnt and dry and thin and cold and their was no sauce base, barely any toppings and seems like they left it overnight. I call and the first guy to pick up ended the call after hearing my complaint and then I call again and a nice man helps me and tells me that they will give me another pizza and he APOLOGIZED, I receive it 40 mins after again and itâs the same driver and he doesnât say sorry or anything but just straight said âI need to take a pictureâ but the 1 hour I was complaining and the time he brought it how would I still have that horrible pizza? Leave it to dry and rot more than it was? Plus itâs my first time complaining and no one told me to save it, just that I will receive another one and the guy was rude and just didnât care or apologize for anything and he walks away, horrible service and manners and horrible pizza. 2nd pizza was much better, donât know what they did to the 1st.
