MANGO DIAMOND SLUSH BRO. Do I need to say anymore?

Just going out on a limb here and making the bold assumption that 40% of their customers are ordering this hahaha.

I've been to this location before but I didn't remember my past experiences so I revisited on Canada Day with my gf.

MANGO DIAMOND SLUSH BRO lol. Got it with zero sugar cuz summer means mangoes are in season and super sweet.

Service was fast. Used the ordering kiosk, waited maybe 5 min and boom drink was ready on the counter.

Genuinely surprised at the low aggregate rating for this place. Maybe it's a bunch of old scores from when this place was new? Staff seemed very efficient and courteous as well.

This drink shop is great. The place is cozy and clean, perfect for relaxing with friends. The staff is very friendly. They have many different drinks, and all of them are delicious. I especially like their diamond mango slush and fruit teas. The prices are good and worth it. this is one of the best drink shops I’ve been to. I highly recommend it!

Please change your opening hours on Google. If you list your opening at 11am we expect to get service at 11am, and not have your staff in by 11 and not ready to serve anyone until 12. It's a waste of my time and it makes work harder for your staff.

Not clean. We literally saw the guy take out two bags of trash and come back in to make the drink. We asked him to wash his hands and he complained that he touched the garbage bag and not the trash inside so why should he wash his hands. He even held up the garbage can to demonstrate that he only touched the garbage bag and not the content inside. He was extremely rude and gave us terrible attitude. We were so confused by the terrible customer service and lack of sanitary rules. I’d advise everyone to reconsider buying from them as they don’t take cleanliness seriously, and we don’t know how else they handle the food when no one’s watching.

I stopped in here with my cousins for some refreshing drinks. Surprisingly, it was quite busy, with several customers waiting and more coming in, plus online orders. It took a little while before we could even place our orders and even longer before they were prepared.This is by no means a complaint or criticism of the lone worker. She was doing her best, and quite an amazing job of taking orders, making them, and handling cash, all by herself! Kudos!There was a lot going on but she didn't appear stressed, although there were a couple of minor mistakes with our order. That can easily be forgiven, with all the stuff she had going on. Great job!PS: The drinks were really good!

I’ve been to plenty of Real Fruit locations and none of them have had such great customer service! I couldn’t decide between the mango diamond slush and a roasted oolong milk tea, but the worker gave me a very good description of both and was very patient even though I kept changing my mind!
