It's an interesting experience with the conveyor belt system, where you can get most of the staples like veggies, fish balls, some seafood, mushrooms, etc. Unfortunately, nothing is labelled, so unless you know what you're looking at or are brave enough to try something new, some of the dishes circling around will remain mysteries. The meat was brought directly to your table by staff, and they were attentive enough for us to ask for more several times, and for them to refill our broth. I did like how each person had an individual soup, though it did mean each person had to pay $5-$8 dollars more. Overall, it was something new and fun to try once, but if you took away the conveyor belt, it'd be at best considered average for the price.

Vegetarian options: Has some veggie options, not as much as some other hotpot restaurants.

Parking: Don't bother trying to find parking above ground when it's busy, go into the underground, you'll find a spot much faster.

This hotpot place offers a unique experience with food being served conveyor belt style. The veggie options however, are very limited compared to other hotpot places. Also note that they accept CASH and DEBIT only.

Good food decent service and cool atmosphere with the conveyor belt of hot pot toppings going around. Was a fun experience for a pretty good price. Will definitely be back

Having dinner with boys. The service is excellent and friendly. Food is fresh and Beef and Lamb slices are freshly cuts to be on the table! Very great meal!

First time I've left hungry at an all you can eat establishment. Friendly waitress, but absolutely zero service. She was hidden behind the counter 90% of the time and was sometimes found seated with another employee eating hotpot instead of servicing customers. They are VERY stingy with the seafood on the conveyer belt. Bone broth tasted like water and not much variety of food either. After waiting nearly 10 mins for the shrimp, I asked the waitress for some more which she didn't even bring. I guess that was my cue to leave even though we were only there for about an hour. It was also only us (table of 2) and another table. They also charged my 2 year old daughter (who ate less than a handful) 6.99. Very strange and disappointing experience. Conveyer belt concept is cool but would not recommend at all. Daimaru next door is 100 times better. If the wait at daimaru is too long, you're better off going home, not here. Lol.

Quiet place for friends gathering!

The food was ok, they need at least 1 waiter to speak English.

Friend couldn't eat pork, but every single broth had pork. They are it anyway.

Nothing was labeled and you couldn't know what you were eating. You can't even ask anyone.

I "think" that's illegal in Canada.

Nice little hot pot spot, quick and friendly service and conveyor belt concept is so fun, good variety and quality for price if you don't expect fancy ingredients (but they still have seafood and some premium ingredients). Definitely prefer this with friends!

Vegetarian options: Yes, lots of vegetarian ingredients to choose from

Dietary restrictions: Self serve, so you can get whatever you want

Kid-friendliness: Kids would definitely find this fun

Wheelchair accessibility: A little cramped but probably accessible to wheelchairs

Good bang for buck for hot pot spot.
Broth was pretty good. Had the mushroom broth and the bone broth. Mushroom broth tasted better after some simmering!

Ingredients selection was good.

*****Since beef was unlimited, i would advise the restaurant to give a lesser amount. I saw a lot of beef wasted. People could always order more beef since meat is unlimited!

You have to make the sauce yourself. Could be challenging for someone’s first time. Not knowing what to mix.

Good hotpot restaurant with an unorthodox twist. Reasonably priced buffet with a treadmill moving in front of you while dining. It’s like a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but for hotpot!

The food was good, had the bone soup, the conveyor belts are a fun touch to keep food moving.

The only disappointment was the manager DEMANDING tips after we paid…

If you want tips, put up a tip jar, give me the machine, but service was not exceptional/ of good enough quality to garner a tip.

Come here with paying via card/ debit in the future, avoid cash.
