Had a large party luncheon to honor my mom of 36 people from the start they helped me procure a beautiful menu and set up seating .
They made everything easy and were very accommodating. Our servers Faraz and Josh were more than amazing. Everything came out hot and fresh and they handled the large group with ease and they were on the ball the whole time
Food was great and service exceptional and that's why it's our go to place for every family function cause it kinda feels like home.

Had a really wonderful lunch with some long time friends at Smash in Markham. The service (by Joshua M.) was absolutely outstanding and everyone enjoyed their food. Three of us had the cobb salad (and the kitchen kindly swapped out the goat cheese for feta for mine) and one had the most delicious looking turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries. It was a perfect lunch and we will meet up here again.

Friend request to try Smash Kitchen and Bar. Let's just say our meal was fabulous, the fried calamari, ceasar with chicken, grilled chicken club with side of there papular mac & cheese. The best was the desert! Cathy's warm banana chocolate toffee cake, it is made in house by the cooks Mom! I definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Would have loved a better experience on a night were we were celebrating a birthday. I usually don't have time for reviews but made time this time. First customer service needs to improve the server had a attitude and poor communication skills. Never offered us drinks we had to ask, also was very passive aggressive when placing our orders. Food is over priced and not worthy to be praised. Our drinks were water down, cheap on the alcohol. Bathroom was not clean and that should be a priority for your customers. I watched the mangers use the washroom and barely wash his hands. I will not support this establishment again that is for sure. I gave a tip when really it was not deserved. I won't call out the servers name but there needs to be some serious training with the staff here.
Great place with lots of seating (good for groups) and friendly service. I had the smash burger which was amazing, so juicy and those little crispy bits on the edges. The option to upgrade your side dish to mac and cheese is genius. Definitely worth it if you are very hungry lol. My friend had the burger with fries and those were delicious too!! Prices are very reasonable.

Had 2 toddlers, 4 adults. Everyone around us got served, we were forgotten. Waited over hour for smashed burgers and fish and chips. REALLY? The waitress acknowledged the error, told the manager and he comp desserts. We didnt want dessert. Would have been nice to have some actual food comped. It was my birthday, 1st and last time I go there. Don't say I didn't warn you. By the way, we were a multi-racial group..non whites. People who were served arrived AFTER us. Just calling as I saw it.
