We arrived around 9:30 PM and the staff spoke to us very rudely as soon as we walked in. When I asked if we could order, she said, “I’m closing,” even though the store wasn’t closed yet. Anything we asked for, she refused and said she couldn’t make it warm. The coffee I finally got was very cold. The attitude felt discriminatory and very unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered a customised drink in app at this location. Wait time is short, but later when i back home i found at least 2 of the customised items were missed, which the staff did not let me know and the app showed those items were in stock (it did let me order in the app), very disappointed.

To the management: Very few people talk about this, I might be one of the very few. When I used the men's washroom in early morning hours on Oct4'25, it was not sanitized properly, the toilet seat was quite dirty (I suggest it should be replaced), it was obvious that the person that cleaned the toilet bowl did not clean it, or he/she just did a very lousy job. Starbucks is a high-end coffee shop, the filthy condition of the washrooms just makes a bad impression on the coffee shop. Hope to see improvement soon!
