To the management: Very few people talk about this, I might be one of the very few. When I used the men's washroom in early morning hours on Oct4'25, it was not sanitized properly, the toilet seat was quite dirty (I suggest it should be replaced), it was obvious that the person that cleaned the toilet bowl did not clean it, or he/she just did a very lousy job. Starbucks is a high-end coffee shop, the filthy condition of the washrooms just makes a bad impression on the...

I am a long time customer of this establishment and until yesterday have had nothing but great customer service from the crew whom I have much respect for. They are always kind. It’s been a very hot few weeks and the dogs get thirsty so I walked in having left my dog outside and approached the counter as I always do and asked for a cuppa of water for the pooch. What followed next was a shock to my system.
An obviously overworked and perhaps under paid member of staff...
