At around 7:30 PM today, we had a disappointing customer service experience at this branch that I believe the manager should be made aware of.

We ordered two Venti Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccinos, but were informed that there was only one large straw available. I politely asked the young male staff member (possibly of Indian descent) if another large straw was available. He went to check and returned after a while, saying there were none left. We attempted to use small straws and even took a couple of extras, but quickly realized they weren’t suitable since the chocolate chips couldn’t pass through. When we returned to ask for an alternative, the same staff member told us to go to another coffee shop and ask for straws there. I pointed out that we didn’t purchase our drinks from that store, and it didn’t make sense to be told to seek help elsewhere for something that should have been addressed in-house. We also tried to return the unused extra straws by placing them back into the dispenser, but the staff member appeared irritated, scratched his head, and told us not to put them back. Surprised by his reaction, I apologized, took the straws, and disposed of them properly. It was only then that he remembered they had boba straws and finally provided one to us. I told him that he should be the one apologizing for suggesting we go to another shop. He responded by saying he would inform his manager. I replied that I would also be sharing this with the manager.

The overall interaction felt dismissive, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I strongly recommend that staff be properly trained in customer service before being assigned front-facing roles.

Terrible service. Lady at the front told me I have to make a purchase in order to get tap water. They have never denied me tap water in a cup in the past. Took over ten minutes to get back to me.

Came here a bit late to break my fast with a quick sandwich, and ended up seeing Darren, Katie and Carrisa from the Unionville mainst location! Total sweethearts, I don't usually visit starbucks, but the fact that they were so cheery and kind made the visit 2000x better!

If I could give this store zero stars I would.They always get me the wrong drink and so disrespectful with the service. Whenever I tell them that it is wrong they never admit it or give me the right drink.

Sad to say this is the worst Starbucks location I’ve been to across GTA and even across Asia and Europe (I just love my brown sugar oat espresso) Usually they get at least one thing right between food or service, if not both, but this location offered neither.. Half of my drink was foam and it’s very watered down. When I questioned the barista (Aleena) she said “oh it’s supposed to be this foamy”. Oh plz don’t BS me as if I was born yesterday. 5mins later she handed me back the drink looking exactly the same, like in the picture..said “sorry about that” and rolled her eyes.
Point is, if you don’t want to work or at least make an effort to bring good attitude, then don’t. If you are not sincere about apologizing, then don’t. There are other ppl more worthy and in need of a job.

People working here are foolish with a scam mind who cannot serve better nor understand the orders given. Specially the cashier at this store - this guy should be reported!

I want to have a coffee so badly while doing my Black Friday shopping, so I send my husband to purchase a cappuccino from Starbucks. I can’t believe a cappuccino can be so bland which literally is like water and not to mention the cup is only half full. I am just extremely disappointed as the coffee costs $6 and the one that I made at home tastes so much like a coffee than this one.

Ordered cake pops and was looking at the food on display and saw that everything was infested with flies. Immediately returned my cake pops. Definitely not a clean atmosphere. Imagine how much dirtier it is in the back where the rest of the food is.

I got my usual bold coffee this morning and it tastes so sour and weird. It seems that the quality of the brewed coffee has gone downhill together with its rival (Tim Hortons) at this mall. I might not want to get my coffee from this location for a long period of time. Please ensure quality control and don’t sell coffee if it’s not fresh.

I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a Venti-sized cold brew with foam but was given a Grande instead. When I pointed out the mistake, the barista seemed unapologetic and simply poured the contents into a larger cup, which completely altered the taste and texture of the drink. I was confused by her response, and when she asked, 'What do you want me to do?' I had to ask for the drink to be remade in the correct size. Not the best experience.
