This starbucks location is so amazing. Even admis the chaos, the staffs are still trying their best to make our interactions memorable. They are so friendly and kind, especially the boy who took my order with the red hair today

Chaotic and very rude self claimed manager, who was impatient, unapologetic and confrontational. The whole store was very busy with staffs like chickens with heads cut off - everyone is running, everyone is looking at the drinks already made and yet no one is serving any drinks.

I always get a matcha Frappuccino here it's so good. Everyone is so nice
Way more expensive than cotti coffee close by despite being the same quality.

I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for a while, used to love how my coffee would brighten my day with rich, balanced flavor. Lately though, the quality has dipped; drinks feel rushed and inconsistent. On the upside, the staff is always friendly and service is quick.

I never realized there was a Starbucks at Markville mall until today. I was definitely not expecting how amazing everyone was! The barista that took my order around 8pm was just so sweet. I left a really great tip for him :)

I had such a great experience here! I was struggling to decide what to order however this young kind barista (i think his name was alan if i could recall) was very patient and gave me wonderful suggestions! I ended up ordering a matcha latte with strawberry cold foam and it was delicious! This location is amazing and I will visit it everytime I go to markville
