There is a wide selection of Taiwanese food, desserts, and bubble tea. Our favourite things to order are the lunch set menus which have good value, as it comes with a meal and drink. The popcorn chicken combo came with rice, flavourful and crispy chicken, and some mapo tofu. We also really like the Taiwanese beef noodles which isn’t too spicy, has generous portions of tender beef, and green tea noodles. There is a wide variety of drinks too which have a nice tea flavour, and the tapioca is well made.

I’m so so soooooo happy to have found a place like this. After green grotto closed down I’ve been so upset to find a similar restaurant to it, and this is exactly the same (and the menu is even bigger and I would say it’s better). Loved the staff here, very friendly and it wasn’t too busy when I went for dinner.
Ordered their braised pork and honeydew milk tea and it was 10/10. I’ll be coming here again soon!

Come in for tea time with my kids, and after to ordered foods and start to eat, staff told us based on our head count and need to order few things for the minimum charge. Especially this restaurant didnt tell us have minimum charge when we come, they only mention the minimum charge we already ordered and the food already on the table

The food and drinks were ok, but the overall dining experience was very disappointing due to poor service. We were informed beforehand about the mandatory 15% tip because our group had 8 people, which we accepted. However, while other tables were promptly served water and napkins, we had to ask for them, and the server’s attitude was unfriendly. During a busy lunchtime, the server frequently came to clear our table, which was uncomfortable but understandable as they need t he table for other waiting customer. We decided to settle the bill quickly and requested a split bill. After helping mark how to split the charges(they ask for help), we simply wanted to hand the bill back to the server—there was no rush on our part. However, when we signaled to another server, they curtly told us to wait longer because of the split request. This attitude, combined with the earlier neglect, made for a very poor experience. I won’t be returning.

Overall my experience was kinda mehhh? which is frustrating coz i used to love this spot…
1. It took a while for us to order, since they were busy so im like sure that okay. 2. After we ordered, the first thing that came was my noodles, which is fine. (Obvy i kinda wanted the snacks to come first but sure). After like 8 -10 mins the snacks came (keep in mind i haven’t touched my noodles since i wanted to wait for everyone’s food to arrive). And we waiting a little bit more and nothing, so we were like lets eat the snacks, but my other 2 friends didn’t have any plate/bowl to eat with as their mains havent arrived, so we asked for plates ( which is fine but already kinda annoyed) 3. Another 20 mins past, and 1 main arrives. (Keep in mind, still haven’t touch my noodles). And another 10 mins came, and the last main arrived. And yes by this time my noodle is soggy ? - i know some people would be like u could have ate first, but u no, i was taught this way, table manner.
I know they are busy, but this is just an overall meh experience for me? dont think ill come back.

This Ten Ren Restaurant can let you stay longer than the other restaurant the food is awesome! The drink is also awesome!
First time here. I always thought this place only sold teas and bubble tea etc so I was shocked to see a full sit down restaurant here! Service was a bit slow and unattentive as there was only 2 guys working the whole place. Food was interesting, definitely different from i am used to expecting but still was good. I had some steak and it was very tender!! Super mango drink was also nice and had tons of huge mango pieces in it, you'll need a spoon to eat them. Overall I would still return here again if I was in the area and wanted a quick bite to ear. I also do recommend this place for those nearby and who also want a quick bite or drink.
