Don’t know why this store is blocking customer from using their washroom and the front lady was very rude and stopped the client unfriendly saying: no we don’t have a washroom, like it’s afraid of ppl using it and make them dirty without make any purchase in the store. This is not the right customer oriented brand attitude.

The Alley is a great spot to go with friends and family! There are many options suiting all dietary restrictions. And it tastes great! It’s a but pricey but it’s a great treat for every occasion. I’d recommend to try at least once

This Alley location used to be one of our favorites but lately it's service has gone downhill. On May 18 (at around 4:45pm) we ordered a royal no.9 milk tea and unfortunately received a regular milk tea instead (oh well, mistakes happen). So, we kindly told one of the workers what happened and she surprisingly gave us a really bad attitude; Not even an apology (??) And, when they were re-making our drink, you can hear her gossiping very loudly with another co-worker about the situation infront of other customers in line... very embarrassing. Mind you, the person who re-made our drink was very apologetic and kind. However, the person who was taking orders needs to be evaluated because that's no way to treat customers.
