The staff is friendly and helpful. The karaoke system has an English interface, but the songs in their library are mostly Chinese songs, and most of the English songs I wanted to sing are not in the library, but at least I can still use the web browser built-in in their karaoke system to go to YouTube and find the songs I want to sing. Overall the experience is fine I just hope they can update their library to include more English songs.
